Responsibilities:

2.Understand the digital ecosystem (social, mobile and ecommerce) in China and able to design assets e.g. H5, web banners.

15) 资深流程经理 Senior Traffic Manager

职位描述:
1.完善并执行创意服务流程。
2.协助创意部与相关业务部门间的沟通工作,主动安排和协调Briefing meeting, Brain Storming, Creative Review等各阶段会议时间,确保召集相关创意人员出席。
3.充分理解每个工作需求,对出图时间/品质要求做出预判,以此控制创作部工作量的安排及人手分配。
4.督促设计工作按时提交并复核稿件的硬性要求指标落实情况,如修改数量、调整文字校对。
5.确保创意工作出稿前的签字确认,审核工作卡签名,编制并更新创意时间表,跟踪部门工作进度,确保每项工作信息的及时保存、归档到工作袋内。

职位描述:
1.了解项目需求,分析项目挑战和困难点,提供解决方案和途径。跟进项目创意阶段。
2.确保项目各类相关人员知晓项目需求和各类问题,跟进创意阶段。
3.协调人员、资源,推进项目进度。包括出时间线、安排开发人员、准备流程图和线框图等所需文件。
4.把控时间、成本、质量,对项目的阶段性交付成功负责。
5.在技术上进行把控以确保项目顺利推进。比如根据时间点,进行内侧、公测、debug、上线工作;检查服务器和抗压、域名问题、素材规范、技术规范、平台规范等事项无误。

职位要求:
1.本科或以上学历。

Responsibilities:
1.Mainly serve Auto client, responsible for strategic social content planning on basis of digital/social insight and trend.
2.Work and brainstorm with Account team.
3.Manage social campaigns via day-to-day activities such as online content creation i.e. seeding campaign content on relevant sites e.g. Wechat, Weibo etc.
4.Able to write social copy.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.Good at both written and oral English.
3.4+ years’ experience in advertising, at least 2 years of social related experience.
4.Must have experience of serving car client or passion in car.
5.Equipped with interactive marketing concepts and practices.
6.Logical thinking and good communication skill.
