Major Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to multiple management level executives including phone, calendar, travel arrangements and expenses, etc. 
• Assist with managing logistics for meetings led by executive and/or team members including organizing agendas, booking meeting rooms, managing catering, etc.
• Proactively manage executives’ calendar to include all key meetings and cross-functional partners.
• Develop relationships with internal administrative staff to facilitate meeting planning and scheduling.
• Ensure deadlines are met, questions are answered, and requests are addressed proactively and promptly. 
• Provide professional and efficient coverage of phone calls and take detailed messages. Relay messages to appropriate staff in a timely manner. Monitor email correspondences to anticipate upcoming travel needs, appointment conflicts. 
• Update and confirm reliability of Contacts databases and proactively make additions and changes as necessary.
• Assist with the execution of department events i.e. team buildings, lunches, strategy sessions, etc. 
• Select and manage external contractors/service providers as it pertains to the office
• Maintain office environment, facilities, furnishings, and equipment at all times

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant work experience
• Good command of English, with Chinese as a mother tongue
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to handle multiple tasks, and be able to work under pressure
• Results driven and detail oriented
• Good communication ability and good problem-solving skills
• Mature, independent, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong grasp of Microsoft Office Products.


Business Director

Job Summary:
• Operational management of communication planning for clients
• Responsible for delivering an excellent service for clients – which aims to exceed clients’ expectations
• Ensures delivery of business goals and company/department vision

Major Responsibilities:
• Dedicated Account Lead for an international FMCG client
• Partner with Creative Director and Account Planning Leader to be responsible for overall the client’s business management within the agency.
• This person is responsible for driving brand and business opportunities, including overseeing quality of execution for creative production.
• Acting in concert with the other leaders that include clients, account managers and creatives, the Account Leader spear heads resources management, business opportunities for the brand and harmoniously bringing creative and planning solutions to the table for the brand’s business challenges.
• He or she will be actively involved throughout the planning and creative process, helping the team arrive at the most powerful work by making sure the work meets briefs and its challenges, as well as maximize the production value that meets budgets and timing requirements.
• This person will also be responsible for harnessing all local and regional resources needed to ensure client enjoys a fruitful partnership with the network, balancing global advice with China’s input, from the agency’s end.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• BA/BS degree.
• 8 years relevant working experience in 4A agency or marketing field
• Excellent business development and project management skills
• Successful track record managing multiple client assignments
• Proven track record of developing client business
• Man-management experience essential
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills

Senior Planner

Major Responsibilities:  
• Responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication ideas.
• Lead the strategy development process, working with a team including clients, account managers, and creatives, helping the agency arrive at the most powerful work.
• Develop consumer-driven creative briefs, and strategy presentation materials.
• Evaluate the effects of the campaign in the marketplace.

To fulfill these responsibilities, the incumbent will need to:
• Explore and analyze consumer behavior and attitudes.
• Monitor consumer trends.
• Work with research partners in proposing and designing the most appropriate research studies.
• Make the complex simple.
• Work independently with partial supervision.
