• As an Associate Creative Director at Arcade, you are a young leader.
• You are expected to lead creative projects and be responsible for developing and executing online and offline concepts for our clients.
• You have a strong sense to tell visual and interactive stories.
• You have a strong understanding of front-end development, content strategy, information architecture, motion design and online and offline production.
• You have well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• You have experience in leading a team while being hands-on yourself. If you are a Chinese National, you have a strong grasp of the English language.
• Must have 5+ years in an advertising or marketing firm, 3+ years in Digital firm, and 2+ years in a senior or management position in interactive firm/dept.

Account Director 客户总监

Arcade helps brands play a more meaningful role in people’s lives. As a young agency, we need to be curious about our clients, the brands they serve, and the industry trends of the brands.

The account servicing team in Arcade is responsible for managing all the multiple projects and clients simultaneously, and of course, the multitude of personalities involved. As the point of contact for clients and the link between client and internal teams, we must be highly adaptable and great communicators.

Major Responsibilities:
• Establish, maintain, and cultivate a strong client relationship for the company
• Partner with the client to determine business and communication objectives and work closely to develop integrated marketing solutions.
• Maintain strong brand equity, strengthen and grow agency reputation and credibility
• Leading role in working closely with all internal agency departments to develop and present ideas and strategies to client and stakeholders – from consumer study, brand/campaign strategy, creative briefing, creative idea development, integrated communication, etc.
• Responsible for the day-to-day management of the account ensuring the campaigns are on brief, on time, on budget and delivered to a high level of quality.
• Briefing, debriefing and presenting creative – being able to confidently assess creative.
• Evaluate creative, studio and production output – manage both client and internal expectations.
• Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business and develop strong client relationships.
• Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business and proactively seek out innovative solutions for clients.
• Become an expert on the client’s brand and products, as well as the industry, market trends and competitors.
• Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.
• Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• 6-8 years experience in account management role, 4A agency a plus.
• Able to think and act quickly on their feet in a fast paced work environment, flexible to multiple projects and deadlines under high pressure.
• Pro-active, willing to learn, and experienced in providing solution-oriented problem solving approach as an excellent team player, with respect for process.
• Excellent project execution and client management skills. Highly organized, detailed and accurate.
• Good presentation, verbal and writing skills – both Chinese and English.
• Skilled with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Sports or FMCG brands will be highly regarded.


Group Head-Art Base 创意组长- 美术       

Job description
As Group Head, you are responsible for leading the creative team, inspiring, guiding, and motivating them to produce outstanding creative work. You will shape the creative thinking in the agency by collaborating with account and strategy teams, and own strong relationships with our key clients. As Head of Art, you are responsible for the quality of the agency’s conceptualising and producing beautiful integrated campaigns for client brands, as well as guiding and training arts.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Conceptualisation and Execution

• Leverage your open-minded approach and creative thinking to work hand-in-hand with strategy and account teams in solving a wide range of client problems.
• Lead and manage accounts independently, building and maintaining strong client relationships through high quality creative work.
• Oversee the creative craft and details to ensure the quality of all output.
• Open-minded and flexible in your approach to creating and be able to create campaigns across multiple channels including digital, mobile, social, retail, e-commerce, film, etc.
• Manage creative workflows and resources.
• Pro-active and take the initiative to be continually improving yourself, your team, and your work, set standards.
• Always be curious – ask questions, propose solutions, learn with your team and train them to apply that learning.
• Deliver campaigns to brief and deadline.
• Responsible for the overall level of quality and results.

Creative Thought Leadership
• Elevate creative talent by identifying, training, and developing creative leadership in the team.
• Mentor and groom the junior staff in the team to produce work of international standards.
• Lead by example – show your team the ways and processes by which you expect things to be done, thought through or executed, and nurture them to be able to do the same.
• Help to define and represent the agency’s USP in regards to its creative offering.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the areas of creative thinking, problem solving, digital, technology and innovation.
• Devise and implement processes to bring digital and creative thinking capabilities to creative, planning and account servicing teams.
• Create an inspiring and positive team culture.

Requirements
• At least 8 years of experience in creating integrated and digital campaigns in China and with the working experience of the position for 2 years.
• Familiarity with layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, web-related design.
• Familiarity with constructing creative proposals in Keynote.
• Experience with leading a team of creatives and leading client accounts.
• Able to manage and direct the whole create process.
• Good at stimulate the creating passion of the team and lead the team to achieve the goal.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Job Requirements:
• Turn insights into impactful ideas
• Ability to create and execute inspiring visual or user experience on different media
• 1-2 years of experience in creating integrated and digital campaigns in China
• Know the latest internet lingo, mobile trends and technologies
• Familiarity with layouts, graphic fundamentals, web and mobile-related design
• Special skills like generative art, motion graphic, typography, illustration, photography, handcrafting etc will be a big advantage
• Team player, quick to respond, detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
• Willingness to learn, with a do-er attitude, with the ambition to grow into a leadership position
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
