1-MARKETING MANAGER CHINA – Client Side Role

ESSENTIAL JOB TASKS
• Promote and sell – in promotional campaigns to key local trade stakeholders 
• Communicate the key aspects of promotional campaigns and agree activity plans with local trade contacts
• Promote key benefits of the promotional campaigns amongst key trade colleagues
• Deliver merchandising material to key industry contacts
• Work closely with the other team members (Marketing Directors and Agency Directors) to successfully launch campaigns on a seasonal basis and support each team member via traditional as well as digital/ec tools.
• Update and manage all key product marketing documents/ assets on a regular basis including; 
• Yearly calendar with key events/meetings
• Showroom preparation and scheduling throughout the year
• Meeting preparation and other
• Learn all aspects of product marketing by integrating into internal and external meetings.
• Monitoring of performance indicators during the season/year.
• Monitor and analyze market trends (global).
• Studying competitors' products, services and marketing campaigns. 
• Liaising with other internal stakeholders
• Contribute to the planning and execution of events 
• Work together with the different stakeholder of his markets (importer, wholesalers, retailers, distributors) and develop strategy to increase the customer loyalty.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Understanding and interest in global business. 
• Ability to be influential, persuasive and diplomatic in a complex work organization. 
• Strong communication skills.
• Work in high pressure, ever-changing environment. 
• Think creatively and independently. 
• Think and work pro-actively and able to take initiative. 
• Able to work with a wide range of people (personalities, cultures)
• Well-organized in thought and work ethic. 
• Ability to travel, if needed (approximately 50% of time)
• Chinese native speaker
• Advanced English mandatory.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Bachelors' degree in marketing or related field. 
• 8+ years of experience in advertising / promotions.
 
2-Digital (Senior) Account Manager – FMCG Category

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising.
• Good understanding about TA and market trend.

• 8+ years of experience in advertising Strategic Planning Area.
• Solid background in Digital planning function with follow the latest trends in digital/social/ecommerce.
• Good communication both in Chinese and English 

2-Account Director (Global FMCG Client)

• 6+ years of experience in advertising account service role.
• Previous experience in servicing Global FMCG client is Preferred
• Good English communication skill
• Good understanding about TA and China market.
