1)Executive Creative Director – Shopper Marketing

Provide overall creative leadership for shopper marketing department.  Build positive environment for the development of highest quality creative output. Responsible for attraction, recruitment and retention of top creative talent. Represents the agency as senior creative officer to clients, management and industry.

1.Creates optimum structure to provide effective, efficient development of creative product.
2.Provides evaluation, mentorship, counsel and direct reports. Determines assignments, promotions, incentives applicable to creative managers.
3.Manages key administrative and financial aspects of the creative department, working with agency President, CEO and HR departments.
4.Supervises, supports, and inspires creative management leaders. Allocates appropriate personnel for all creative assignments.
5.Monitors overall quality of agency creative output and provides direction and leadership.
6.Constantly works to improve communications and processes necessary for optimum creative output.
7.Responsible for awareness and communication of creative successes both internally and externally. Primary responsibility for creating, building and maintaining company creative reputation.

1.Bachelors or Master Degree in Advertising, Marketing, and/or Journalism, Graphic Arts, Design and communications.
2.15+ years creative management experience, 10 years + in Shopper/ Activation at good agencies. Strong credentials in copywriting and/or art direction, and a positive track record in the development of successful, market-moving creative ideas. Strong strategic instincts in Shopper Marketing/ Retailer or FMCG trade marketing.
3.Must be passionate about Retail and having ideas that directly inspire purchase, brilliant Ideas beyond all else attention and passion for design detail.
4.Highly presentable at board level, inspirational leader.
5.Excellent communication mentoring, counseling, and above all, leadership skills.
6.Excellent industry awareness- General & in the business of communication Seen as knowledgeable on current global trends of creative work.
7.Ability to strategically analyze and guide creative work and talent.
8.Ability to command respect with the client, brand, integration, creative and media team.
9.Fluent in English and Mandarin.

2)Planner for Shopper Marketing

1.Develop and present strategic proposals, independently conducting shopper research and insights analysis for client teams
2.Analyze data from surveys and qualitative research methodologies, industry trends/competitive landscape and develop these data into actionable Shopper insight, which inspires creative and validates creative.
3.Lead the creative briefing process to ensure barriers, benefits and creative challenge is in line with business objectives, strategic mandates and brand equities
4.Facilitate Workshops and Shopper concept labs, internally and with clients and shoppers.
5.Identify, source and manage third party and bespoke research for client projects when necessary.
6.Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently and effectively
7.Work collaboratively with account management to lead strategy development and with Creative team to shape effective creative product.
8.Assist in training teammates of the shopper insight knowledge and arc proprietary shopper tools

1.Curious, investigative and a quick learner. Seeking a person with agile mind in adapting creative thinking & visions into tangible strategies. Sharp, analytical person who thinks logically and sees through human insights. Able to debate and argue convincingly and diplomatically as Strategic Planner as much as bring people together to facilitate more and more ideas. AM background with good presentation skills and very proficient in presenting ideas and strategies.
2.5-7 years + required in Planning or Account Servicing field (at least 3 years in Planning). Most preferred candidate with experience in Shopper Marketing/ Retailer or FMCG trade marketing.
3.Good in English (both reading and speaking) + ideally Mandarin/Cantonese

3)Executive Creative Director

1.The Executive Creative Director sets the tone for the quality of the work and engages with individual discipline leads to continually refine the practice over time. The ECD partners with account leaders in strategic thinking that defines client relationships and leads to business-shaping creative solutions.
2.Mentoring and managing the efforts of Creative teams across multiple projects and accounts. The ECD not only maintains the highest standards but they set the standards to follow
3.Sets and maintains the creative direction and goals for specific projects and accounts, ensuring they meet client objectives and bring the brand to life.
4.Generates unexpected, original and innovative ideas
5.Participate in process refinements, practice definition, staffing and new business.
6.Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner. Leads others to do the same.
7.Hires, coaches, manages and develops team members; assigns projects to achieve workload balance, challenge for each team member’s skill level and development as professionals
8.Effectively critiques work and offers suggestions for improvement
9.Structures and leads client presentations, guiding clients through complex decisions

1.Bachelor’s Degree required in Marketing, Advertising, Interactive Design, Graphic Design or Content Development (or equivalent experience)
2.15+ years of relevant experience: leading this could include the creation of brand campaigns, content experiences (including e-commerce, content portals, intranets/extranets) as well as branding initiatives.
3.Track record experience managing and growing teams

4)Planning Director (策划总监)

1.Develop a brand agnostic planning approach: create a best practice planning resource, build skills in digital and develop individuals skills to keep people fresh, inspired and effective
2.Increase the esteem of Saatchi planning in China to attract and retain talent
3.Bring in young local talent to “grow our own” planners and provide passion and energy
4.Help sell our proposals on one brand by evidencing successes on other brands
5.Combined input into trends and developments in China
6.Ensure all briefs have an idea which is/inspires creative and help encourage risk taking where appropriate   
7.Input into strategic proposals Regular business review and review of tracking, research, pre-testing data
8.Review briefs and help generate ideas 
9.Check the process is designed for creativity 
10.Identify new opportunities and how to develop these regular reviews of briefs and work with CD 
11.Talent retaining and growing
12.Develop training plans for the local planners
13.Develop a training program for the whole agency 
14.Annual assessments for Planners

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:
1.A minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience
2.Be able to manage and motivate creative, clients and planners
3.Possess commercial awareness and demonstrated business acumen
4.Possess good verbal and written communication skills, both in Chinese and English
5.Possess thorough market and industry knowledge – historical and current and to identify opportunities
6.Possess thorough client knowledge – also client’s market and competitors information
7.Have top-line knowledge of the broader picture – other markets and key clients

5)Account Director-Shopper Marketing

1.Manage and develop day to day relationships with clients, raising key issues to the management.
2.Communicate client actions to relevant internal resources and follow up to ensure such actions are delivered in accordance with client briefs and budget
3.Identify opportunities for improvement on the client account through creative, operations or process change
4.Attend regular client meetings, ensuring all pertinent actions are captured and subsequently delivered on
5.Have solid integrated agency background (with a proven shopper marketing or retail marketing delivery focus).
6.Manage and coach the team
7.Contribute to overall strategy, reviews and innovation
8.7+ years Agency experience.
9.Ideally can speak Mandarin/English and Cantonese.

6)Creative Director/Associate Creative Director(创意总监/助理创意总监)

1.Over 7+ years’ experience within advertising agency/design house and will provide creative leadership and hands-on design and management for in-house advertising production, special print collaterals and sales support materials, online microsites, multimedia and video projects productions as well as special projects like annual reports, event design, corporate identity and more.
2.Have strong conceptual skills and marketing acumen with an ability to articulate and convey ideas to senior management.
3.Native fluency in written and verbal English is preferred.
4.Priority for car brand experience. 

7)Social Account Director (社交营销客户总监)

The Account Director (Social) will be the Social expert, working with clients in the development, management and optimization of their social programs and maintaining relationships with key external partners. They are an expert in the field of social media and they have experience working in high-pressure agency environments in a digital planning, social strategy, or account management capacity. This person has their finger on the pulse of an ever-changing social media sphere in China and can speak about them with knowledge and confidence.

The Account Director (Social) works with the broader cross-agency team to develop strategic recommendations. They also manage, inspire and motivate a team of community managers, who are themselves regularly developing engaging content and social assets for the agency’s clients. The Account Director (Social) is equally involved in the execution as much as in the strategic planning.

1.Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection.
2.A native Mandarin speaker, with very strong English skills.
3.At least 5 years’ experience within an agency environment.
4.Experience in managing a team, working with clients, evaluating data, creating social strategic recommendations, and managing projects.
