Account Service Department

Account Director – Digital

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including regular meetings, projects and take responsibility for management of campaigns
• Act as a liaison with internal and external departments, and develop accurate and realistic creative, print, production and other briefs as necessary
• Produce comprehensive and accurate reports and project outlines (e.g.: WIP’s, project plans, timelines etc)
• Understand the creative, print and website production processes. Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
• Keep his/her immediate line manager informed of all activity that is relevant to their business
• To manage his/her time effectively to ensure a timely completion of projects
• Accurately estimate and bill all work
• Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs as defined by the client and his/her manager
• Ensure an understanding of the client’s business and marketing objectives, specifically the programs on which he/she is working.
• To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 7+ years experiences in managing major interactive projects in a previous agency or interactive department function
• Thorough understanding of agency functions
• Strong communication skills, excellent organizational, time and self management skills
• Detail oriented, with excellent follow through skills
• Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure
• Sound qualitative & quantitative analytical skills and ability to provide professional program / campaign reporting
• Confidence and proficiency in presentation
• Knowledge of all agency functional areas; including research, creative, production, media, interactive, database and technology services
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Efficiently managing and developing strong relationships with external vendors 
• Must be fluent in speaking, reading and writing English and Mandarin


Social Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Define client objectives and success KPIs to refine social media offering deeply in data 
• Understand and adopt new techniques and technologies that are relevant for clients’ digital and social media strategies 
• Direct experience with all major Social Platforms – candidates will be required to show hands-on experience, either professionally or personally 
• Responsible for keeping the client current on social media industry developments 
• Maintain relationships with media community; develop publisher and higher relationships for exchange of ideas; evaluate partnership opportunities with external vendors 
• Develop and publish Social Media best practices across various social media platforms for client and internal agency groups 
• Assist in the creation of materials (frameworks, playbooks, guidelines, etc.) needed to ensure scalable implementation of Social Media offering 

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 7+ years' experience is required in digital advertising 
• Strong quantitative analysis skills and comfort with social analytics and other research tools 
• A breadth of expertise is desired, but experience with automotive clients is helpful 
• Experience with global clients with both centralized and region-driven marketing desired
• An “early adopter” who is tuned in to the latest developments and innovations in the Social Media space 
• Highly analytical and strong understanding of performance metrics as they relate to Social endeavors 
• Previous experience merging CRM and social strategy across multiple media verticals 
• Fundamental knowledge of social advertising opportunities across the major social platforms 
• Proficient in areas outside of Social Media (Display, insight, SEO, PPC market research, mobile, and traditional media)

Senior Account Manager – Digital

Digital Planning Director

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead and mentor an integrated planning team and grow its integrated strategic offering across traditional and new media channels
• Establish strategic planning culture amongst all agency departments by ensuring that briefs provide our creative teams adequate and relevant insight to deliver effective results for our clients’ brands.
• Build an agency insight discipline relying on a variety of internal and external data resources
• Interpret outside research findings, data insights and measurement tools, working closely with data and analytics teams, recommending changes based upon evidence
• Develop new business opportunities for the network, both in a leading and supporting role as leader of the planning team.
• Provide input as needed during creative development to ensure that the strategic direction is correctly translated into creative work.
• Lead development of strategy planning tools and methodologies based upon core competencies
• Drive digital and technological innovation amongst agency and client stakeholders

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Bachelor degree.
• 8 years of planning experience in 4A agency, ideally both within traditional and digital agency environments
• Strong interpretive and strategic thinking skills, with experience in the creation of integrated marketing efforts
• A new media junkie, boldly curious about new channels, not only can talk it but lives the new media life.  Passionate about technology is a must
• Superior presentation skills with the ability to persuade and inform, while maintaining agency standards and strategic point-of-view.
• Effective leadership and managerial skills.  
• Can both inspire, train and mentor junior staff members in multi-lingual environments


Creative Director/Associate Creative Director – Art Base

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Think conceptually and solve business problems presented by the client 
• Understand the marketing objectives and demonstrate an ability to deliver the “message”. Understanding of brand, product, digital media, and how people interact with each of them 
• Responsible for overseeing, inspiring and leading creative’s across a portfolio of brands. 
• Needn’t have spent whole career in digital, although digital experience is an obvious plus.
• Assist in the recruitment and development of the creative team 
• Oversees the design process by meeting regularly with designers and Account Management to assess project development, review work product and determine whether project is on target and within the scope of the Creative Brief.
• Act as a client liaison by presenting various stages of work product to the client
• Acts as a mentor to departmental employees 
• Provides supervision and oversight to freelance staff
• Must be able to work well under pressure and time constraints, must possess a strong detail-orientation and solid organizational skills, and must possess a strong team-orientation.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Read and write Mandarin fluently, speak English fluently.
• 7 years and above experience


Senior/Copywriter

• Works with entire creative team to develop inspiring integrated campaign ideas.  Inspires creative thinking and develops work that helps our clients better sell their products to consumers
• Ensures creative excellence and manage quality control throughout entire design process.
• 1-2 years experience in 4A or local ad agency in copywriting,  Auto experience a plus
• Journalism experience also a plus, will consider candidates from auto publications
• Passionate about non-traditional creative, inspired to win awards and drive creative excellence.
• Native in Chinese,has a real passion for the language, English a plus but not necessary
• Knows how to get work out the door fast.  Extremely organized.  
• Strong drive for new business and a passion to pitch.  
• Good presentation skills.


Designer-Digital

• Great insight on current social media trend and foreseeable digital trend
• Proficient at online advertising such as types of banners and inside out of the user flow of any social media platforms
• Good at user experience (UX) interface design, provided with basic knowledge of interactive content design
• Photoshop/Illustrator softwares are compulsory
• Basic knowledge of front-end programming such as HTML, Flash Actionscript, Javascript and CSS
