Senior Account Manager (资深客户经理)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Project management: Manage and implement project progress; ensure timely delivery; quality focus and excellence centric 
• Account Management: Building healthy agency-client relationships; Bridging clients’ request and internal deliverables; Able to report / handle issue and urgency; Proposal and idea generation; Guide and review with client on project development       
• Internal Responsibilities: Proper documentation and filing; Budget control and reporting on project basis    
• Take ownership and drive a project

• Creative mindset with eMarketing sense and “out of the box “thinking
• At least 4-5 years working experience in advertising / digital media industry / social media related industry related field
• University graduate in communication / languages / journalism or related discipline

Social Media Director (社交总监)

Location: Shanghai

1. Overseeing and leading social media business. Provide professional and advanced social media service for clients, from new social business field development, strategy, to implementation and analysis. This role leads internal social media team and coordinates with account, creative, production team to help brands achieve social media effort in the market.
2. We are looking for the candidate who has solid understanding of Chinese social environment and consumers, as well as understanding brands marketing desire.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate and develop Serviceplan social media business, including social media products & services offering, including social commerce, social CRM & social business models.
2. Generate social media strategy, tactics, communication, community and operation, consumer social relationship management, social business management plan for clients.
3. Coordinate with client service team to communicate social media strategy with client.
4. Leading the social media team members to implement and optimize the social strategies to drive consumer engagement, create social business value for clients.
5. Strategic relationship with influential social media partners to create better social experience to amplify brands’ social awareness and consumer engagement.
6. Social media marketing measurement methodology and analysis.
7. Social media trend analysis.
8. Social media team management and internal training

1. A minimum of 8-10 years of digital marketing related experience, including a minimum of 5 years of social media experience (paid, owned and earned)
2. Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related programs
3. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin

Planning Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle projects independently with minimum guidance from superior. 
• Digest client's brief, identify real issue, challenges, and the communication objective and goals.
• Analyzing the economic, political, social and technical environment, pinpoint strength, weaknesses, forecast trends and identify opportunities.
• Draft research proposals, conducting interviews, market research and opinion polling on consumer behavior and mindset.
• Detect consumer insights, craft strategic concept/ideas based on Consumer Insights
• Compile and run creative brief, brainstorm, project updates.
• Give creative support and clarifications during the creative development.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent Mandarin an d English (Written and Spoken)
• Preferred Major: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Statistics & Psychology
