Creative Technologist

Major Responsibilities:   
• To solve the technical problems in the development, constantly promote product innovation and process optimization, and improve the user experience from the technical level.
• Advocate within the agency for the role of technology thinking in the strategic and creative development of ideas.
• To ensure technology solutions are aligned with client’s production realities.
• Build creative technology concepts into fully-integrated marketing campaigns, both in the context of specific briefs but also more broadly by finding and exploiting opportunities for adopting, adapting, and integrating technology.
• To realize the system architecture design, system analysis, product development, platform building and performance optimization.
• Complete the design and coding independently
• A deep understanding of the various design patterns

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in a digital-tech or pure-play digital shop.
• BA/BS Degree in related field (MA/MS/MBA preferred). Minimum Bachelors in Interaction Design, Software Development, Computer Science or Creative Technology preferred.
• Experience with personalization and targeting technologies, data-warehousing/big data technologies.
• Experience with core development technologies including Object Oriented Programming, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, iOS, Android, OLTP and OLAP database design and web solutions including CMS, portal engines, mobile technologies, marketing technology.
• Motion Graphic design in After Effects, CS6 and Flash.
• Ability to clearly articulate complex technology solutions and recommendations both internally and to clients. 
• Proven track record of working with client’s technology leadership to help sell creative technology solutions. 
• Experience with enterprise and web architecture, software methodology, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Understanding of web languages, both client and server side. 
• Keen eye for design.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and be adaptable to change.

Senior./Art Director

Major Responsibilities:  
• Responsible for securing approval for all work from their CD.
• Create own concepts, words and visual ideas for agency clients that are responsive to marketing/creative objectives and strategies.
• Actively work with Copywriters, Designers in the creation of visual solutions incorporating his concepts/ideas and the concepts/ideas of his/her team. 
• Produce the final assets necessary for sending over to the Studio. This includes preparing and directing files for mock-ups and presentation boards.
• Create and document final design parameters, style guides and visual standards
• May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design preferred.
• At least over 1 years 4A agency experience desired, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/ Design.
• Demonstrate conceptual and design skills.
• Present ideas effectively. Ability to talk about your work internally. And, just as important, the ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal critiques.
• A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy.
• Create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way.
• Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development.
• Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, and related Mac creative programs.
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


Major Responsibilities:  
• Must be a skilled writer who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (print, TV, etc.)
• Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications
• Work as a team with art director
• Contribute to the new business activities of the agency
• Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product
• May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• At least 1 years of relevant working experience in agency
• Must have strong writing abilities–articulate and persuasive across advertising disciplines
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Word processing skills–able to use Microsoft Word or other word processing programs
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities

Senior Planner

Major Responsibilities:   
• Responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication ideas.
• Lead the strategy development process, working with a team including clients, account managers, and creatives, helping the agency arrive at the most powerful work.
• Identify communication opportunities based on the big idea that fits into the campaign
• Develop campaign plan that integrate multi-touch points / channels 
• Develop consumer-driven creative briefs, and strategy presentation materials.
• Evaluate the effects of the campaign in the marketplace.
• Explore and analyze consumer behavior and attitudes.
• Monitor consumer trends.
• Make the complex simple.
• Work independently with partial supervision.
• Provide leadership & perspective on key digital effectiveness measurement resources
• Conducted monthly sharing sessions for marketing trends / consumer trends / media trends

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
• 5+ years agency experience in a strategy, planning or similar role 
• Specific experience in marketing/advertising research; ability to proactively design research, recommend tools, customize approaches for clients. 
• Strong strategic & analytic skills (written & verbal) 
• Skilled brief writer with limited need for support to author strategy deliverables 
• Creative problem solver, proactive with ability to work individually, manage up, and with teams 
• Understands how to develop brand strategies and deliver them to market (proven experience is a plus) 
• Familiarity with wide range of research and intelligence sources 
• Passion for culture, pop-culture, tech, and trends; serve as a thought leader who translates trends into inspiration for agency teams 
• Must be comfortable with working on new business pitches 
• Understanding of media channels, context planning, go to market planning, inclusive of digital and social 
• Superior verbal, written communication and presentation & persuasion skills 
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced dynamic environment 
• Must be detail oriented
