Creative Director sets the tone for the quality of the work. He/she partners with account and planning in strategic thinking that leads to business-shaping creative solutions (nowadays integrated creative solutions).

2.Set and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects and accounts, ensuring they meet client objectives and bring the brand to life.
3.Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand.
4.Organize and present concepts in clear logic and manner.
5.Hire, coach and manage team members.

Requirements:
1.Fluent in both written and oral English.
2.Ability to generate big ideas with strong presentation skill.
3.7+ years of professional creative (art base) experience.  
4.FMCG category experience is preferred. 
5.Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop creative ideas, concepts and present them to colleagues.
2.Familiarize with clients' products and services, the target audience and their competitors' activities.
3.Write clear, persuasive, original copy and proofread copy to check spelling and grammar.
4.Amend, revise or redevelop adverts or campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director, account team or clients.
5.Liaise with production companies, photographers, typographers, designers and printers.

Responsibilities:
1.Write, edit, post, proof content and copy.
2.Communicate with team leads to coordinate concept, copy, interface, graphic design and navigational structure of project with functional aspects
3.Work with the team to develop digital media experiences that exceed client goals, carry out the creative vision, and fulfill Marketing & Strategy's mission
4.Actively seek out and help define new creative possibilities for client engagements, from rich media ad units and social media programs, to original video scripts and digital signage

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1.Quality control of all work that is submitted to clients.
2.Disclose campaign details to the client and all team members.
3.Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
4.Responsible for status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
5.Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
6.Offer creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
7.Keep one stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity.

Requirements:

Responsibilities:

2.Lead moderating FGDs, workshops to turn information into actionable insights. 
3.Develop clear points of views and communicate across the Account team in a logical way. 
4.Collaborate with Account team and Creative team to shape campaigns that attract and engage consumers. 
5.Build client relationships from a strategic perspective and sell ideas by presenting compelling stories. 

Requirements: 
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, with fluent English. 
2.Generalist of planning strengths, combination of traditional and digital planning skillset. 
3.5+ years’ practical strategic planning experience in 4A agency, with category experience in FMCG etc. 
4.Working knowledge of enterprise-class analytics tools and platforms.

14) 社交媒体策略 Social Planner (Auto client)

Responsibilities: 
1.Mainly serve premium Auto client, responsible for strategic social content planning on basis of digital/social insight and trend. 
2.Responsible for monthly social calendar.
3.Work and brainstorm with Account and Creative team. 
4.Manage social campaigns via day-to-day activities such as online content creation i.e. seeding campaign content on relevant sites e.g. Wechat, Weibo, Zhihu etc. 
5.Able to write social copy. 

Requirements: 
1.Bachelor degree or above. 
2.Good at both written and oral English. 
3.3+ years’ experience in advertising/online media/press etc.
4.Must have experience of serving car client and rich knowledge/passion on car. 
5.Equipped with interactive marketing concepts and practices. 
6.Logical thinking and good communication skill.
