Account Manager (客户经理)

Location: Shanghai
Key responsibilities:

• Project management: Manage and implement project progress; ensure timely delivery; quality focus and excellence centric 
• Account Management: Building healthy agency-client relationships; Bridging clients’ request and internal deliverables; Able to report / handle issue and urgency; Proposal and idea generation; Guide and review with client on project development       
• Internal Responsibilities: Proper documentation and filing; Budget control and reporting on project basis    
• Take ownership and drive a project

Requirements:
• Creative mindset with eMarketing sense and “out of the box “thinking
• At least 3-4 years working experience in advertising / digital media industry / social media related industry related field
• University graduate in communication / languages / journalism or related discipline
• True team player who value and believe in effectiveness and efficiency
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English
• Speak up, problem solving and multi-tasking
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Proactive, independent, responsible and detail-oriented


Art Director (美术指导)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Report to Creative Director, you will participate in creative development and become creative-lead over time
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas
• Provide excellent design artwork under guidance of senior
• Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas

Requirements:
• Over 2 years’ experiences of working in digital and advertising agency
• Experience in designing responsive website and smartphone app is a bonus
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator), basic understanding of certain development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus
• Well-developed communications skills, including ability to present independently creative concepts to the team and the client


Senior Designer (资深设计师)

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities
• Be capable of walking in two different worlds while maintaining your balance and vision. 
• Participate in creative development, become creative-lead over time
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas
• Capability of getting everything and more out of your briefs
• Training and mentoring junior designers
• Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas

Requirements
• Over 5 years’ experiences of working in digital and advertising agency
• Experience of making out excellent layout work and net work
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work by yourself 
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver), skilled to fully operate the software to complete work
• Well-developed communications skills, including ability to present independently creative concepts to the team and the client
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English


Group Head-Copy (创意组长-文案)

Location: Shanghai

Key responsibilities:
• Must be a skilled writer who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (digital, print, TV, etc.).
• Must be able to conceptualize creative concept for all digital touch point and integrate it with better communication.
• Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
• Create concept for Web-based products, optimizing the use of screen design and user interface;
• Work as a team with Art partner;
• Contribute to the new business activities of the agency; ·
• Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product.
• May include other duties as assigned;
• Has great knowledge of the latest digital trends;
• Coordinate team and direct how final copy is visually implemented.

Requirements:
• Journalism communication or related major, college or above;
• 5 years’ work experience in 4A company;
• Good responsibility and communication ability, strong spirit of teamwork, ability of team management, can take the work pressure;
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with the internal team as well as our partners and clients
• Milk powder client experience


Social Media Director (社交总监)

Location: Shanghai

Specifications:
1.Overseeing and leading social media business. Provide professional and advanced social media service for clients, from new social business field development, strategy, to implementation and analysis. This role leads internal social media team and coordinates with account, creative, production team to help brands achieve social media effort in the market.
2.We are looking for the candidate who has solid understanding of Chinese social environment and consumers, as well as understanding brands marketing desire.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Generate and develop Serviceplan social media business, including social media products & services offering, including social commerce, social CRM & social business models.
2.Generate social media strategy, tactics, communication, community and operation, consumer social relationship management, social business management plan for clients.
3.Coordinate with client service team to communicate social media strategy with client.
4.Leading the social media team members to implement and optimize the social strategies to drive consumer engagement, create social business value for clients.
5.Strategic relationship with influential social media partners to create better social experience to amplify brands’ social awareness and consumer engagement.
6.Social media marketing measurement methodology and analysis.
7.Social media trend analysis.
8.Social media team management and internal training

Requirements
1.A minimum of 8-10 years of digital marketing related experience, including a minimum of 5 years of social media experience (paid, owned and earned)
2.Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications or related programs
3.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills in English and Mandarin


Art base Creative Director (one month freelancer)

Key responsibilities:
• Conceive the development of all materials (art) to ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and art meets company standards of creative excellence.
• Work closely with the copy based creative team, as well as the Strategy team.
• Lead and supervise the creative development for the offline and online projects for Serviceplan
• Take project lead and responsibility on campaign ideas and art direction
• Lead, nurture & supervise the creative team on the projects from inception stage, idea generation and production stages
• Assure creative projects meet briefs and/or company objectives, as well as timelines and budgets. 
• Guide the client from a creative point of view.
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design project.

Requirements:
• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Art or equivalent.
• Over 8-10 years experiences of working in digital and classical advertising agencies, among which minimal 3 years creative management experience in China
• Digital savvy, fully understand how to evolve an initial concept and able to execute it throughout all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.), as well as profound classical background
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete work independently, as well as with the team members.
• Familiar with Mainland China, digital ecosystem and latest trends.
• Proficient in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc). Able to communicate with production team to turn creative concept to live.
• Excellent communications, presentation and problem solving skills. Able to present creative concepts to the team and the clients in their language


Planning Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle projects independently with minimum guidance from superior. 
• Digest client's brief, identify real issue, challenges, and the communication objective and goals.
• Analyzing the economic, political, social and technical environment, pinpoint strength, weaknesses, forecast trends and identify opportunities.
• Draft research proposals, conducting interviews, market research and opinion polling on consumer behavior and mindset.
• Detect consumer insights, craft strategic concept/ideas based on Consumer Insights
• Compile and run creative brief, brainstorm, project updates.
• Give creative support and clarifications during the creative development.

Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Fluent Mandarin an d English (Written and Spoken)
• Preferred Major: Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, Statistics & Psychology


Account Service Intern

Key Responsibilities:
• Support in project management: manage and implement project progress; draft timings, prepare decks
• Account Management: Support to bridge client requests and internal deliverables; this includes answering clients’ request and assure a open and informative client communication and grow with the challenges to final be able to handle smaller projects by yourself
• Internal Responsibilities: assist the account director in proper documentation and filing;
