Account Director 客户总监

Roles and Responsibilities:
­• Build deep and enduring senior level client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance to achieve their goals through digital initiatives;
­• Responsible for developing opportunities to grow current business through strategic recommendations and innovation;
­• Lead the understanding of the client’s business including economic levers, industry and category, and customer needs and insights and be able to represent those to internal teams;
­• Ensure all initiatives have measurement plans and proactively present thoughtful analyses of results and recommendations to clients;
­• Recommend Interactive strategy solution;
­• Develop new business as needed and lead the creation of presentations, writing proposals, conducting category audits, and client visits/presentations;
­• Lead a team of Account managers, Account executive and project managers ensuring successful and profitable execution of all client projects;
­• Manage internal relationships with Creative and Production departments;
­• Ensures consistency between client contractual agreements and Nurun deliverables.

Requirements:
­• University Degree or equivalent;
­• Bilingual (Mandarin and English);
­• Extensive experience in digital projects (mobile and web) for at least 6 years
­• FMCG client serving experience is a plus
­• Strong project management skills;
­• Seasoned in Budget management and forecasting;
­• Excellent Presentation skills both writing and presenting to client;
­• Demonstrated Strategic thinking and analytical skills;
­• People management and experienced team leader;
­• Excellent communication skills;
­• Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
­• Able to judge and evaluate good creative product;
­• Hands-on in problem solving and campaign delivery.


Senior Account Manager 客户经理

Roles and Responsibilities:
­• Gather information on the customers' annual business plan, marketing plan, work plan etc. at the beginning of the year in order to establish proposed work plan and value-proposition
­• Write proposal – scope of work; Write briefs
­• Lead and work with the production team to develop formal proposal to secure contracts for recurring works and new opportunities
­• Establish master plan to identify timeline and resource requirements for all secured contracts
­• Supervise account executive and production team project completion (budget, deadlines, human and technical resources)
­• Participate in the evaluation of project feasibility
­• Ensure coordination between the client and the internal project team
­• Participate in specs and client requirements definition
­• Ensure internal communication with the production team
­• Prepare and present presentations to clients
­• Participate in site architecture development

Requirements:
­• Graduate degree required
­• 5+ yrs. relevant experience in digital, CRM, branding.
­• FMCG client serving experience is a plus
­• Excellent communication skills
­• Well versed in interactive marketing and related disciplines
­• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills


Senior Project Manager 高级项目经理

Roles and Responsibilities:
­• Project management such as scope, schedule, risk, cost quality and resources management.
­• Business analysis and architecture design.
­• Responsible for understanding client’s brief and assign tasks for team.
­• Develop team to be qualified to meet client’s need.
­• Day-to-day team management and optimization of resource allocation
­• Hands-on maintenance if necessary.
­• Provide reports to client and account/project director.

Requirements:
­• Producers-over 4 years’ experience (preferably history in coding) experience in fast moving design or agencies Bi-lingual
­• H5/Front end-mid to high level capabilities over 4 years coding experience (UX/Design capabilities a plus) 
­• Native Chinese, Good English both in Written and Spoken
­• Skilled at communication, client servicing, planning and contract management.
­• Responsible, well-organized, logic thinking, professional, flexible, client-focused and passion for internet.
­• Excellent in Microsoft offices (Word, Excel, Outlook, powerpoint)
­• Experienced in team management and project management.
­• IT technical background.
­• Solid experienced in Web analytic, ecommerce, online media marketing, website design, SEO is strong plus.


Creative Director 创意总监

Roles and Responsibilities:  
­• Fulfills leadership tasks. Specifically, leads and directs the development and execution of short term (project specific) and long term (account specific) creative strategies
­• Ensures creative scope, schedule and budget are accurate
­• Develops and signs-off on creative estimates and ensures high quality, profitable execution of creative deliverables
­• Develops and executes account growth strategies with account core team members to meet account goals set by the engagement lead
­• Manages the creative staff, as well as needs to review staff.
­• Maintains an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline group members’ project work.
­• Facilitates and orchestrates contact between account creative team and client.
­• Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
­• Contributes to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow.

Qualifications:
­• Seven to ten years of professional experience 
­• Has successfully directed/ managed multidisciplinary creative teams in the production of Internet and multimedia products, and has worked in multi-disciplinary teams
­• Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives
­• Strong comprehension of information architecture disciplines and methodologies
­• Experience with the constraints and features of interaction and social media in China
­• Successful experiences working with and selling to clients
­• Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities
­• Has demonstrated ability to direct and multi-task effectively under pressure.


Art Director 美术指导

Roles and Responsibilities:  
­• Fulfills leadership tasks and deliverables of an Art Director in support of the office of the Design Director. Specifically, leads and directs the development and execution of short term (project specific) and long term (account specific) creative strategies
­• Ensures creative scope, schedule and budget are accurate
­• Develops and signs-off on creative estimates and ensures high quality, profitable execution of creative deliverables
­• Develops and executes account growth strategies with account core team members to meet account goals set by the engagement lead
­• Coordinates with creative director and resource manager in projections for, and assignment of, creative discipline group members to client projects.
­• Helps Design Director and Associate Creative Directors manage the creative staff, as well as helping to review staff.
­• Maintains an awareness of status and project deliverables of all discipline group members’ project work.
­• Facilitates and orchestrates contact between account creative team and client.
­• Participates constructively in inter-department and cross-service line communications.
­• Contributes to the evolution and maintenance of each creative discipline workflow.

Qualifications and skills
­• 3-5 years of professional experience encompassing the following: A minimum of 2 years as a senior designer in at least two of the following areas: user experience design, multimedia, advertising, interactive advertising, game interface design, Internet design, marketing, publishing, broadcast, film or television
­• Has degree in and training in area of discipline expertise
­• Has successfully directed/ managed  2-4 person multidisciplinary creative teams in the production of Internet and multimedia products, and has worked in multi-disciplinary teams that included developers, artists, designers and writers
­• Strong creative and conceptual vision for multimedia, and the ability to execute high quality integrated interactive communications against strategic business objectives
­• Is an expert in graphic design including classic typography, composition, color theory
­• Strong comprehension of information architecture disciplines and methodologies
­• Mastery of project concept creation, site architecture, user-interface specification, functionality specification and interactive design.
­• Strong understanding of front-end interactive design solutions for back-end data systems. Working knowledge of capabilities of different platforms and browsers, and their design constraints on the Web
­• Experience with the constraints and features of interaction and social media in China
­• Successful experiences working with and selling to clients
­• Ability to direct creative teams including user experience designers, visual designers, and writers
­• Strong time management and creative resource management capabilities

Copywriter 文案

Roles and Responsibilities:  
­• Help define voice and editorial styles for projects;
­• Work closely with DD/ACD’s and AD’s to establish original concepts, visual treatments and voice for copywriting efforts;
­• Work with client content to adapt it to the needs for the project;
­• Work closely with UX for content strategizing

Qualifications and skills
­• Minimum 3-5 years related experience in Interactive copywriting;
­• Experience in the beauty, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, business to business, business to consumer and Fortune 500 industries preferred;
­• Must be able to "multitask" and meet concurrent, rigorous deadlines under fast-paced environment.;
­• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to work as part of team is essential.;
­• Strong conceptual and brainstorming skills;
­• Familiar with standard concepts, best practices and procedures associated with the development of on-line content;
­• Superior communication skills;
­• Ability to take and give clear direction;
• Excellent written and verbal skills;
­• Proficiency with MS word required. Experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote a plus;
­• A working knowledge of User Experience and storytelling.
