Account Manager/客户经理(FMCG Client)

• Develop a good relationship with client to serve as a trusted consultant.
• Control and management of respective client’s daily jobs such as taking client brief, debrief, work with creative team for creative work development, co-ordination.
• Maintain regular contact with key clients; proactively offer and implement new ways to meet clients’ needs.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ business and their competitive environments, and help foster such development among junior staff.
• Discuss and develop client monthly plan and activities
• Troubleshoot clients problems as they arise; seek senior management input whenever appropriate.
• Strive to develop the best communication and presentation skills possible to effectively articulate ideas to clients, colleagues and others.

Ideal Competency
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Must have the ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business group, Including account management, creative team in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong presentation skills and be very detail oriented.

Senior Account Executive/资深客户执行(FMCG Client)

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting and observing the strategic development and creative process for the brand, product and campaign strategy.
• Draft inspiring creative briefs and coordinate briefing sessions to incite creative and cross-discipline teams
• Interface with clients and mobilize a multi-departmental team to provide strategic, creative and tactical solutions
• Become a consumer expert, immersing in consumers research and studies to uncover actionable consumer insights applicable in briefs and strategic documents
• Closely monitor competitive marketing, advertising and retail activities so as to provide timely and regular competitive alerts with well-drafted strategic implications
• Forecast and manage agency resources and keep cross-functional teams updated with project timelines and status reports
• Quality control on layouts, Final Artworks and plans, highlighting getting supervisor’s review before sending out to clients
• Consolidate and provide the necessary substantiation documentation censorship review and approval during different phases of advertising creation.
• Lead the coordination of the commercial trafficking and rotation efforts.
• Timely generation of production and media invoices for client approval and follow up on a regular basis on payments and job closures
• Schedule and coordinate all meetings and arrange meeting facility ( meeting notice submitting, conference booking, equipment well-preparation, concall number set-up for teleconference)
• Consolidate, organize and appropriately disseminate electronic libraries of client business, research, creative and competitive materials

Ideal Competency
• University graduate at a minimum
• Preferably agency experience but not a must.
• Experience in the field of marketing a plus
• Good command of written and verbal English and Chinese.
• PC literacy ( Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
• Willing to learn, have an inquisitive mind and enjoy problem solving

Senior Planner/资深策略

Overview of Job Function

Act as a strategy leader for FCB/Shanghai’s key accounts. Assist the Head of Planning to drive thought leadership in brand and product strategy, consumer trends and insights discovery, integrated communications strategy and ideation, cut-through creative brief development with distinctive insights that change people, the product, the perception.

• Report to Head of Planning, Greater China as the lead planner for assigned accounts.  Daily planning scope of work including:
a) Insights & trends study and analysis
b) Brand / product communication concepts development
c) Creative brief development and ideation facilitation
d) Integrated communication strategy and plan development
• Be an insightful thought leader in client and internal interaction
• Demonstrate strategic power of FCB’s compelling planning tools e.g. CDJ, WHATMATTERs tool, Strategy Rumble / Creative Rumble, etc.
• Be an inspiring team player in driving new business pitch & delivering idea innovation
• Provide leadership & perspective on key digital effectiveness measurement resources

Ideal Competency
• Min 5 + years proven experience in Digital / Strategic Planning; most likely to have come from full-service digital agency background with a strong blend of understanding the creative use of digital media.
• Preferred talents from 4A digital agency with track record in international or Fortune 500 FMCG brands experience in China
• Fluent Chinese (primary) and English speaking and writing.
• Passionate, Bold and Proactive,
• Open-minded, fast learner, highly motivated by new thinking and new technology.
• Goal oriented and focused thinker.
• Good presentation skill and confident in using multi-media work tools
