Procurement Manager

Responsibilities of the Role:
Manage Media Suppliers
• Suppliers have to be financially viable and ideally can pre-pay media for us
• Need to negotiate maximum rebate while achieving best media price
• Ensure supplier delivers on time
Monitor efficiency
• Know how to track and measure the media performance of your suppliers
• Rate supplier’s service efficiency

Challenge play the bad cop
• Challenge everything and lead tough conversations when issues occurs. (Not done by media team.)

Account Director (AD)

Overview of job:
AD is responsible on leading the strategic development, and business development for the client, lead and guide the development of key client relationship organization, be responsible for the strategy and direction of the accounts that he or she is handling.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• CLIENT RELATIONSHIP/ ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
• AD position should be able to act as independently throughout his/her client requirements and troubleshooting.

TSA (Tencent Social Ads) Campaign Manager

Job Description& Responsibility
• Manage all types of TSA campaign (including but not limited to GDT, WeChat, Tencent News) 
• Independently handle all the campaign setup, tracking, operation, optimization, reporting and insights.
• Coordinate with internal creative and account team to ensure campaign deliveries. 
• Familiar with TSA campaign mechanism, ad policy and ad format products line.

Overview of job:
The Creative Director should make sure the creative direction and campaign on creativity base is complying with the clients' initiatives and requirements.
Working closely with digital team on different projects for clients for integrated strategy with concepts and design. Proactively deliver the creative solution for existing clients and also pitching the new business.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• Oversee the creative output of the agency;

Account Executive – Social/Search

Overview of job:
Account Executive (AE) help to Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. Support the day-to-day communication/information sharing and project support needs between the clients. The role will require strong communication, teamwork, project management and organization skills.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Execution and Monitor
• Be able to receive a brief from client along with the account manager. Coordinates work schedule across the different departments of the agency. 
• Be able to establish work plan schedule for client campaigns, with the help of the production team 
• Assist the Account Managers in preparing quotations and simple sales deck.
• Be able to schedule meetings with different suppliers/partners/client meetings when necessary, account manager or business director.
• Assure flawless execution of client projects, prioritize resources, and keep team and other groups informed of progress and changes.

Marketing and Strategy
• Monitors and reports information flow through production and client
• Gathers information on industry or market trends 
• Market checks to better understand client's business and reports to agency team.
• Reviews all client-facing materials for accuracy.

Required skills and competencies:

Junior Media Planner 

Location: Shanghai Office
Division: RTB/PB
Report to: Operation Manager

Responsibilities of the Role:
As junior media planner you’ll usually work on several projects at the same time, often for a number of different clients. Duties are as followed:
• Work with planning manager to understand client’s business and media objectives. 
• Liaising with planning manager to develop media strategies and campaigns;
• Full support for planning team in data collection, data analysis and data insights. 
• Identifying target audiences and analyzing their characteristics, behavior and media habits;
• Liaising with functional departments to understand the full scope and adjust media strategy to fit company’s overall digital strategy. 
• Maintain all planning records, such as PPT and Data sheet, and build planning resource pool to improve better efficiency of planning department. 

Required skills and competencies:
• 1-2 year of experience in digital planning, display advertising or creative area.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and excel;
• Excellent comprehension and logical thinking;
• Strong desire to learn and can work under pressure;
• Good in Written English.

Account Manager

Location: Shanghai Office

Overview of job:
The Account Manager (AM) serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality. In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Role:

Project Management and Client Service
• Acts as team lead of assigned projects and ensures overall project objectives and targets are achieved
• Works with the Account Director, ensuring that client requirements/project briefs are received, converted to an internal version, and cascaded to the team in a clear, complete and accurate manner.
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner

Strategy and Planning
• An account manager should be able to provide valuable contribution in strong concepts on all types of platforms (including but not limited to: SEO, SEM, Social Media, E-Commerce, Programmatic Buying)
• Oversee the implementations of all channel strategies
• Provides regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
• Provides recommendations to improve campaign performance

Communication and Presentation
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client
