Business Director

Job Responsibilities:
– Set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
– Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
– Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
– Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
– Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing

Requirements: 
– Excellent general education with 10 years relevant experience; previous 4A agency experience is preferred, Brand Manager in Worldwide Top 500 corporate or Project Manager in big research house is a advantage

– Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively

Corporate Communication Director

This role will be responsible for the strategy and execution of Omnicom Media Group's (OMG) corporate, branding and marketing communications for China. 
  
This person will work closely with CEO and executive team to develop and implement PR plans that help OMG and its agencies succeed in China, and be a strong partner to Head of offices across Shanghai, Beijing and Guangzhou in providing strategic counsel on-the-ground for marketing activities. This role includes developing an integrated, strategic communications strategy and driving the company’s media relations activities to elevate the reputation and corporate profile of OMG. 
  
This role will need to demonstrate innovative, bold and forward-thinking approach to communications while employing disciplined and meticulous strategies and tactics to deliver results in a cost-effective way. This person must have strong, country-wide and regional media relationships, and proven experience in managing issues with the local media. The successful candidate will be a results-driven and solutions-oriented individual, adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. This person must be a strong collaborator, and able to drive the role of communications in a highly disruptive industry 

– Work closely with CEO of OMG to ensure implementation of a strong internal and external communications plan. 
– Be a strong consultant to agency heads and SBU leaders for in-market communications needs for China. 
– Develop and oversee the implementation of the communications strategy that positions OMG and its agencies as brand leaders in the market. 
– Manage the on-the-ground media relations, issues management, crisis communications, content creation, and corporate and brand storytelling narratives.

– 8-10years of experience in communications and marketing.

Job Responsibilities:  
• Performing online media planning assigned clients
• Send out RFP's to Publishers
• Organize and negotiate proposed elements from publishers 
• Gather and prepare all insertion orders for client campaigns
• Prepare media plans and presentations for clients 
• Understanding and actively seeking online media solutions to assist clients in achieving specific goals and objectives 
• Implementing and maintaining and performing optimization efforts for online media campaigns
