13)电子商务策略 E-commerce Strategist (FMCG client)

This role is part strategic planner, part tactical strategist – providing both actionable insights and insightful action.

As an e-Commerce strategist, you will work to provide the insights needed to understand the consumer experience as it exists with the different e-Commerce platforms and how it could or should be transformed to grow our clients’ business online. You will need to have the strategic and tactical planning skills to take those insights and transform them into not only big ideas that get the creative juices flowing, but also actionable plans that can ensure seamless execution.

As part of an integrated planning team, you are expected to be “e-Commerce first” in your thinking, but also be able to think beyond this space about holistic (digital) consumer experiences. Social commerce should be something you have an interest in and a passion for.

Responsibilities: 
1.Evaluate strengths and weaknesses for any component of a client’s e-Commerce ecosystem and identify opportunities based on business objectives, analytics and consumer insight
2.Develop comprehensive e-Commerce strategies and translate them into holistic (yearly) plans
3.Craft proposals for customized (quarterly) user activation according to the strength of the different platforms
4.Work alongside creatives, client services, media, content creators etc. feeding them insights, ideas and thinking from opportunity identification to execution

Responsibilities:
1.Enhance the agency’s reputation and integrity, including creating, implementing and measuring the success of: a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program within the marketplace and the public.
2.Close liaison with internal communications team.
3.Agency social platform management (weibo, wechat, website, linkedin, Facebook).
4.Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within mass and industry media.
