Account Director / 客户总监

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage key accounts at a senior level
• Lead and develop marketing pitches according to client’s requirements
• Provide value-added thinking by taking a holistic approach on client’s assignments and proactively offering integrated solutions
• Reveal broad and deep understanding of the Client’s industry and Agency’s business
• Act with professionalism and maturity in all Client and Agency situations
• Effectively manage financial performance of all Accounts
• Monitoring and analyze campaign performance, ensure the campaign is meeting KPI targets
• Resolve client issues and proactively suggest new ideas and strategies to grow our business and increase customer satisfaction
• Manage, grow and retain our account service team

Requirements:
• 5-8 years of minimum experience in Account Management/Planning in China or similar function (preferably with project management background) is a MUST
• Have prior marketing experience in planning and running digital marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, in both Chinese and English is a MUST
• Strong interest in digital marketing and improving advertising effectiveness
• Proven leadership abilities in managing a team of 5 or more people
• Strong track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
• An enthusiastic team player and enjoying an open company culture
• Experience and ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment


Senior Account Manager / 客户经理

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to manage key accounts
• Work with team and lead client's pitch for their marketing requirement
• Provide added-value thinking by taking a holistic approach on Client assignments and proactively offering integrated solutions
• Act with professionalism and maturity in all Client and Agency situations
• Day-to-Day client communication 
• Running and managing marketing campaigns
• Monitoring and analysis of clients' campaign performance
• Manage account executive team
• Manage, guide, and contribute to the creative process

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of minimum experience in Account Management/Planning in China or similar function is a MUST
• Have prior marketing experience in planning and running digital marketing
• Excellent communication in both Chinese and English is a MUST
• Strong interest in digital marketing and improving advertising effectiveness
• Strong track record of success in offering outstanding customer service and innovation leading to revenue growth and customer retention
• An enthusiastic team player and enjoying an open company culture
• Experience and ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
