Group Account Director – Nestle

This role is the Critical role to lead cross – Team & Agency covering all brand marketing and IMC area who can maintain as well as develop Publicis Groupe Key Client.


Major Responsibilities:

– Assumes role of day-to-day client contact and management

– Help client to generate strategic communication plan and manage team member to execute

– Maintains constant communication with line manager on account status

– Knowledge of client’s business by continuous research and analysis of brand, and its competitors 

– Develop campaigns from start to finish, including project management, execution and timeline management

– Drive initiatives, write strong agency briefs, recap of comments and contact reports
- Contribute to strategic and creative development

– Ensures smooth running of finances and administrative systems

– Problem solves day-to-day account issues as needed

– Act as lead Agency among all agency side including digital to ensure smooth and precise communication


Qualifications and Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree is required 

– 8+ years account experience in a creative advertising agency, international FMCG experience is Preferred

– Integrated/Digital experience with solid traditional advertising knowledge

– Fluent in spoken and written English

– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines 

– Good Interpersonal skill

– Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills required

– Strong financial understanding of budgeting, estimating and agency profitability

– Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail

– Proactive and follow through skills


Associate Creative Director (Copy base) – Nestle

Major Responsibilities:

– Create big idea for IMC campaign, aligning communication strategy
– Capable of developing digital and social activation plan covering all communication platform
– Supervise creative executions and production (video, digital, print, activation)to ensure outcome of the campaign is aligned with the big idea 
– Digital trends facilitators to inspire clients and team members

Qualifications and Requirements:
– 6+ year experience in creating overarching IMC/digital ideas for clients
– Familiar with latest marketing communication platforms/trends
– With “out-of-the-box” mindset to lead idea formation
– Proven track records for running successful campaigns
– Board experience in different client’s industries
– Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under huge pressure
– Experience of international FMCG brands (cross-categories is good)
– Fosters an atmosphere for creative growth with the expectation of high quality ethical work. 
– Award winning record is a plus.


Account Executive

– Around 1-year relevant working experience or internship experience in 4A is Plus
– Good English skill both in Oral and Writing
– Proactive working attitude


Account Intern

– 在校大学生
