Associate Account Director  

Major Responsibilities:
·Strengthen and expand relationships with their key Y&R clients.
·Lead and manage the other members of the Account team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output and team morale.
·Day to day lead for account team, planning and creative teams in implementing class-leading solutions and ensure agency resources are used effectively.
·Maintain thorough up-to-date knowledge of client’s business. Keep abreast of all facets of the business.
·Is the creative “teams” main day to day contact, providing direction on creative briefs and generating enthusiasm/trust from the team with which they work.
·Is a sound judge of creative work and is able to coherently argue the case for working being on or off brief.
·Is responsible for overseeing the production of all campaigns produced.
·Ensure financial management and control, including client budget, expense reporting, and campaign profits/losses and monthly agency forecasting, tracking and billing.
·Grow a dynamic, knowledgeable and pro-active Y&R team.  Conduct performance management and goal assessment of direct-reports.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
·BA/BS degree.
·Over 5 years relevant working experience in 4A agency.
·Excellent business development and project management skills.
·Successfully managing multiple client assignments.
·Knowledge of all agency functional areas.
·Proven track record of developing client business.
·Agency and account management experience required.
·Man-management experience essential.
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills.
·Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


Account Executive

Major Responsibilities:  
· Prepare accurate call reports and distribute to applicable client and internal team members.
· Effective execution of relationship marketing programs including written communication of program changes and updates to all team members.
· Consult with Creative, Account Management and other internal departments to communicate client objectives and to develop strategic solutions. Develop draft of creative and/or project brief.  Submit to Supervisor for review/approval.
· Participate in creative development and reviews to ensure that concepts and execution are on strategy and meet objectives. Review and approve copy, layouts and proofs for assigned projects prior to presentation.  Submit to Account Supervisor for approval.
· Job files and completion of various process-related forms.
· Set agendas for scheduling and running meetings.
· Prepare estimates, estimate revisions, work orders and other critical financial checkpoints to keep projects on time and on budget.
· Maintain schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
· Help provide recommendations to Manager for expanding the scope of the client relationship based on the opportunities observed.
· Shows enthusiasm for their client’s business.
· Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
· Answers all client queries promptly.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or Marketing major.
· Account Executive Intern experience in 4A agency.
· Proven track record of exceptional service.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to handle multiple projects through effective organizational skills.


Creative Director               

Major Responsibilities:
· Ensures all creative work produced by team is integrated with all marketing materials produced by other disciplines and lines of business.
· Provides creative direction and insight on agency projects and oversees execution of all creative efforts to assure they are on strategy.
· Provides leadership and motivation and conveys the vision of the agency to the staff.
· Participates in planning sessions regarding annual client strategy as well as campaign strategy and the approach to any significant and/or integrated client project.
· Maintains awareness of important trends in advertising/marketing (legal, moral, creative, technology, business) and disseminates pertinent information on such subjects to the creative staff.
· Works, in conjunction with senior management, to cultivate an increasingly effective and profitable client/agency relationship.
· Maintains a high level of “new business sensitivity” – with regard to both present clients and outside prospects. Contributes to new business activity, as required.
· Evaluates creative personnel, establishing creative account assignments, making final decisions on terminating or adding people.
· Supports other regional/global offices in a creative capacity, as required.
· Conducts, in conjunction with ACDs, performance reviews of entire staff.
· May include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· College degree or commensurate experience required.
· Agency experience desired, with a proven track record in leading and managing a department.
· Demonstrate solid conceptual and design skills with an acumen for solving complex business problems.
· Present and sell ideas effectively. Ability to talk about our expertise and our work both internally and externally.
· A command of Typography, Color, Composition and an understanding of how they need to work together in developing on-brand, on-target solutions.
· Ability to create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way. Able to evaluate what ideas/concepts are valid and those that are not worth pursuing.
· Delegate work making everyone’s time more productive. Also delegate to give others in the group opportunities for growth.
· Strong leadership, communication and team building skills.
· Highly knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development. 
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.  


Associate/Art Director

Major Responsibilities:  
· Responsible for securing approval for all work from their CD.
· Create own concepts, words and visual ideas for agency clients that are responsive to marketing/creative objectives and strategies.
· Actively work with Copywriters, Designers in the creation of visual solutions incorporating his concepts/ideas and the concepts/ideas of his/her team. 
· Produce the final assets necessary for sending over to the Studio. This includes preparing and directing files for mock-ups and presentation boards.
· Create and document final design parameters, style guides and visual standards
· May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design preferred.
· At least over 1 years 4A agency experience desired, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/ Design.
· Demonstrate conceptual and design skills.
· Present ideas effectively. Ability to talk about your work internally. And, just as important, the ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal critiques.
· A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy.
· Create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way.
· Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously. 
· Knowledgeable of branding and conceptual development.
· Knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop, and related Mac creative programs.
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


Senior/ Copywriter

Major Responsibilities:  
· Must be a skilled writer who is able to perform in a broad spectrum of advertising disciplines (print, TV, etc.)
· Must be able to translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications
· Work as a team with art director
· Contribute to the new business activities of the agency
· Recommend measures to improve work process methods and quality of product
· May include other duties as assigned

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· At least 3 years of relevant working experience in agency
· Must have strong writing abilities–articulate and persuasive across advertising disciplines
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
· Word processing skills–able to use Microsoft Word or other word processing programs
· Strong presentation and negotiation skills
· Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities


Graphic Designer

Major Responsibilities:  
·Responsible for consistency of look across media from original concept through final release.
·Translate strategic direction (as outlined in a Creative Brief) into powerful advertising communications.
·Work as a team with copywriter.
·Take creative direction and turn work around quickly to meet deadlines.
·Recommend measures to improve work process methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
·Able to original and conceptualize creative ideas.
·May include other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Specific Skill Requirements:
·Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design major.
·At least 1 years of relevant working experience in agency.
·Must have the ability of managing the designing work.
·Possess an in-depth knowledge of print reproduction techniques and limitations.
·Ability to manipulate design skills with print production skills to maximize impact/budget.
·MAC literacy required.
·Thorough proficiency with Photo Shop, AI, AB.
·Experience across disciplines preferred.
·Must have an eye for detail in design typography and art.
·Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.


Senior Digital Planner

Major Responsibilities:  
· Responsible for the consumer relevance of the brand communication ideas.
· Lead the strategy development process, working with a team including clients, account managers, and creatives, helping the agency arrive at the most powerful work.
· Develop consumer-driven creative briefs, and strategy presentation materials.
· Evaluate the effects of the campaign in the marketplace.

To fulfill these responsibilities, the incumbent will need to:
· Explore and analyze consumer behavior and attitudes.
· Monitor consumer trends.
· Work with research partners in proposing and designing the most appropriate research studies.
· Make the complex simple.
· Work independently with partial supervision.
