(Senior) Account Director (高级)客户总监

Roles and Responsibilities:
­- Build deep and enduring senior level client relationships by understanding their business needs and providing strategic guidance to achieve their goals through digital initiatives;
­- Responsible for developing opportunities to grow current business through strategic recommendations and innovation;
­- Lead the understanding of the client’s business including economic levers, industry and category, and customer needs and insights and be able to represent those to internal teams;
­- Ensure all initiatives have measurement plans and proactively present thoughtful analyses of results and recommendations to clients;
­- Recommend Interactive strategy solution;
­- Develop new business as needed and lead the creation of presentations, writing proposals, conducting category audits, and client visits/presentations;
­- Lead a team of Account managers, Account executive and project managers ensuring successful and profitable execution of all client projects;
­- Intergrated including Digital*, social*, KOL, event marketing, viral video.
­- Manage internal relationships with Creative and Production departments;
­- Ensures consistency between client contractual agreements and Nurun deliverables.

Requirements:
­- University Degree or equivalent;
­- Bilingual (Mandarin and English);
­- Extensive experience in digital projects (mobile and web) for at least 6 years
­- FMCG/3C client serving experience is a plus
­- Strong project management skills;
­- Seasoned in Budget management and forecasting;
­- Excellent Presentation skills both writing and presenting to client;
­- Demonstrated Strategic thinking and analytical skills;
­- People management and experienced team leader;
­- Excellent communication skills;
­- Ability to work in a multicultural environment;
­- Able to judge and evaluate good creative product;
­- Hands-on in problem solving and campaign delivery.


(Senior) Art Director (高级)美术指导【美妆客户/3C客户】

Roles and Responsibilities:
­- Contribute to the brand’s visual language (color palette, logo, font, etc.) across a range of media (print, online marketing, Web site, packaging, mobile, motion graphics, etc.) 
­- Follow through on recommendations
­- Co-create and support the development of multi-channel campaigns and ideas and present to team members
­- Abide by the visual identity, including logo, word mark, typography, color and photography
­- Contribute to the development of all components for the style guide: color palette, typography, tone and voice and logo/word mark
­- Take directions and apply color, typography, photography selection, and organizing elements
­- Develop compelling ideas based on criteria in creative brief
­- Develop outline and story for the presentation of existing concepts/directions
­- Ensure quality of final deliverables

Requirements:
­- Bachelor’s degree required (Fine Arts /Applied Arts preferred)
­- At least 3 years’ relevant experience as Art Trainee /Visual Designer/ Graphic Designer
­- Collaborative working with team members – share and generate ideas from others
­- Ability to present and articulate the thinking/concept behind the work internally
­- Creative, innovative thinking
­- Willing to take initiative
­- Proficiency in Mandarin and English


B2B Copywriter B2B文案【3C客户】

Roles and Responsibilities:  
­- Research brand, competitor, pop culture, and other relevant sources understand voice appropriate for the brand and the audience of the medium
­- Assimilate tone of voice based on research 
­- Execute on assigned deliverable while collaborating closely with Art Director
­- Write effective and compelling short or long-form copy for all communication channels
­- Integrate with copy from other media when necessary
­- Communicate with team leads to assess all aspects of the idea and its execution in order to carry out the creative vision
­- Generate innovative ideas, angles, languages and advertising solutions
­- Contribute to brainstorming and conceptualizing activities
­- Research and understand concepts for traditional/digital experiences based objectives and brand considerations 
­- Rationalize / articulate compelling reasons behind tone, style, structure and voice of related communications

Qualifications and skills
­- Bachelor’s degree required
­- Major in Advertising, Journalism, English or Communications preferred
­- 1 to 3 years of copywriting or editorial experience in digital advertising or marketing environments
­- Experience in B2B copywriting is highly desirable
­- Ability to present and articulate the thinking/concept behind the work internally
­- Proficiency in English and Mandarin


Planning Director 策划总监

Roles and Responsibilities:
­- Generate and/or oversee inventories of all consumer branding campaign, including related assets 
­- Create and/or review site structure and nomenclature for the most intuitive presentation of consumer branding campaign  
­- Capability on communication strategy and planning
­- Participation Planning and social channel strategy
­- Assist with Market/Consumer Insight and Analysis
­- Assist with identification of marketing content gaps based on understanding of business objectives and customer goals for content
­- Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams with account team, user experience designers, creatives, social experts and technical teammates 

Requirements:
­- At least 8 years relevant experience
­- Familiarity with or experience structuring consumer marketing strategy and social campaign plan is a huge advantage
­- Proven experience in a transformation role, ideally driving the brand strategy, IMC communication, social campaigns for clients 
­- Interested in technology and travel industry 
­- Broad knowledge of digital trends and relevance to clients business and operational approaches 
­- Strong problem identification and analytical skills 
­- Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured and creative work environments 


B2B Strategy Manager B2B策略经理

Roles and Responsibilities:
­- Generate and/or oversee inventories of B2B marketing plan, including related assets 
­- Create and/or review B2B creative assets and nomenclature for the most intuitive presentation of content 
­- Capability on communication strategy and planning
­- Business strategy, B2B IMC planning and channel strategy  
­- Assist with Market/Consumer Insight and Analysis
­- Assist with identification of content gaps based on understanding of business objectives and customer goals for B2B marketing plan
- Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams with creatives and technical teammates 

Requirements:
­- At least 6-7 years relevant experience
­- Familiarity with or experience structuring strategy & communication for B2B clients is a huge advantage
­- Proven experience in a IMC role for B2B business, ideally understanding B2B audience, B2B insight and B2B communication planning 
­- Broad knowledge of B2B marketing trends and relevance to clients business and operational approaches 
­- Strong problem identification and analytical skills 
­- Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured and creative work environments 


B2B Social Content Strategist B2B策划执行

Roles and Responsibilities:
­- Generate and/or oversee inventories of social campaign, including related assets 
­- Capability on communication strategy and planning
­- Participation Planning and social channel strategy
­- Assist with Market/Consumer Insight and Analysis
­- Assist with identification of content gaps based on understanding of business objectives and customer goals for content
­- Work collaboratively on multi-disciplinary teams with account, creatives, KOL experts and technical teammates 

Requirements:
­- At least 3-5 years relevant experience
­- Familiarity with China social media environment. 
­- Actively learning and trying on new social media platform such as livebroadcast, short video platform
­- Proven experience in a social media content role, ideally understanding operational processes of wechat/weibo account
­- Broad knowledge of digital trends and relevance to clients business and operational approaches 
­- Strong problem identification and analytical skills 
­- Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances. Thrive in ambiguous environments, and in informal, loosely structured and creative work environments
