Content Director 视频导演

Responsibilities:
· The “one-staff” Director and Photographer looking after the shooting capability of studio-responsible for shooting and overseeing or assisting to edit Image and Video capture to deliver final materials which are fit for purpose;
· A hybrid Director with proven delivery of Branded, digital content who is hands on from initial shooting through to editing;
· Works very closely with the Creative Content Producer and team.

1.负责统筹各类拍摄以及后期视频制作工作,确保最终作品能达到客户要求;
2.带领团队,合理地安排工作流程,在规定的时间内做好项目方案的策划、拍摄、后期制作以及项目跟进等实施工作;

Requirements:
· Over four years’ experience in content creation and shooting (Video and Still Image);
· English speaking preferred;
· Software of interest – Photoshop / Maya / 3ds Max / Premiere / after effects;
· Experience with – RED camera / Canon / Sony / Panasonic Prosumer+ equipment and small to mid-sized lighting and shooting scenarios

1.4年或以上从事内容创意及影视制作经验;

Motion Designer / Animator 动画制作

Responsibilities:
· Assists the team(especially the video Editor)on the production of effects and animated sequences;
· An understanding of 3D applications and techniques also add support for CGI requirements such as packshots.

1.协助组员(尤其视频编辑)制作视频特效以及动画序列;
2.运用3D技术为三维特效、渲染包装制作提供支持。

Requirements:
· Four Years’ experience working alongside video editors providing the simple to moderate animation and motion effects to projects for content creation;
· Experience in such things as CGI rendering and compositing, versioning, product videos, sound;
· English speaking preferred;
· Software of interest-Photoshop/3ds Max/Cinema 4D/Illustrator/After Effects/Adobe Animate/Premiere.

1.4年或以上影视制作经验;

Account Director-Ecommerce
 
Responsibilities:
▪ Manage and develop day to day relationships with clients, raising key issues to the management.
▪ Ensure Client’s KPIs are achieved
▪ Communicate client actions to relevant internal resources and follow up to ensure such actions are delivered in accordance with client briefs and budget
▪ Monitor client tracking and resolve any identified issues, liaising with internal client resource 
▪ Ensure weekly client reporting is produced accurately and on time, working with other internal resources where necessary
▪ Identify opportunities for improvement on the client account through creative, operations or process change
▪ Attend regular client meetings, ensuring all pertinent actions are captured and subsequently delivered on
▪ Manage and coach your team
▪ Responsible for client invoicing
▪ Contribute to overall strategy, reviews and innovation
 
Requirements:
▪ At least 5 years prior experience as Account Manager with experience of E-commerce ,planning, buying, delivering, optimizing and reporting
▪ Expertise knowledge of Tmall/JingDong /Yihaodian setup, promotion & operation / Content marketing / Social Marketing 
▪ A passion of eCommerce and Digital Marketing
▪ English & Chinese speaking
▪ Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and eagerness to learn
▪ A bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
▪ A passion for everything digital, with an active interest and understanding of online advertising industry trends

Planning Director 策划总监

Responsibilities:
1.Develop and present strategic proposals, independently conducting market research and insights analysis for client teams
2.Analyze data from surveys and qualitative research methodologies, industry trends/competitive landscape and develop these data into actionable Shopper insight, which inspires creative and validates creative.
3.Lead the creative briefing process to ensure barriers, benefits and creative challenge is in line with business objectives, strategic mandates and brand equities
4.Identify, source and manage third party and bespoke research for client projects when necessary.
5.Manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently and effectively
6.Work collaboratively with account management to lead strategy development and with Creative team to shape effective creative product.

Requirements:
1.Curious, investigative and a quick learner. Seeking a person with agile mind in adapting creative thinking & visions into tangible strategies. Sharp, analytical person who thinks logically and sees through human insights. Able to debate and argue convincingly and diplomatically as Strategic Planner as much as bring people together to facilitate more and more ideas. AM background with good presentation skills and very proficient in presenting ideas and strategies.
2.8 years + required in Planning or Account Servicing field (at least 5 years in Planning).
3. Good in English (both reading and speaking) .


Senior Planner 资深策划
