Consultant – Digital Business Strategy

What you will be doing: Key responsibilities

▪ Support the Partner and the Managing Consultant in growing our Consulting Department in country. The leadership structure for this Department is a partnership, similar to those found in Management Consulting firms;

Account Manager (SEM)

JOB SUMMARY 
We're looking for a hands-on Account Manager of Digital Advertising Services (SEM Expertise background) with at least 2-4 years of experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who has expertise working with SEM but with also knowledge on Display and Paid Social campaigns and strategy. This person also has at least years of experience managing and growing other team members (1-2 Executives) and, again, is willing and able to be very hands on in accounts.

SEM Manager-Luxury

Location: Shanghai Office
Division: Performance-SEM
Report to: Head Performance Marketing

Overview of job:
The Search Engine Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and implementing paid search engine marketing activities with cross referencing to natural search result. This position is key to future growth and will be responsible for the top-to-bottom management of our pay-per-click (PPC).
The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of local Chinese search engines such as Baidu, 360 and Sogou keywords search and other paid search solutions template. Ideally in the agency background with a strong process knowledge in pay-per-click (PPC) management. This role requires the ability to operate on both a strategic and tactical level, touching all aspects of the search marketing roadmap including keyword management, creation of campaign messaging, bidding strategies, creative AB testing, and analytics.

Responsibilities of the Role:
• Act as a strong business manager of the search engine-marketing channel. Manage the revenue or KPI performance of the channel by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all PPC initiatives and campaigns; responsible for forecasting and budgeting of channel.
• Become a "product expert" in various type of industry, understand the hot issues and new developments, and create an associated keyword expansion roadmap, working with the client or internal account and social team to develop relevant ads and landing page content.
• Manage the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple search engines (Baidu, 360 and Sogouetc) including the campaign planning, implementation, budget management, performance review, and optimization of paid search campaigns.
• Responsibilities include keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and editing of creative copy (titles and descriptions), review and analysis of web site performance metrics, and optimization of campaigns.
• Grow and optimize our keywords portfolio through testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywording, etc.
• Develop near and long-term PPC account strategies, roadmaps and execute day-to-day tactics that increase revenue, site traffic, conversion and margins.
• Identify and report on key performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis.
• Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation, regularly sharing your knowledge with the rest of the search, accounts and business directors.
• Work with all team functions – Integrate strategies and recommendations into other active marketing channels such as RTB and Social Media, and the rest of SEO team to implement an integrated search engine optimization (SEO) recommendations such as:
o Keyword research and specifications throughout web site pages
o Keywords recommendations for SEO Link building activities
o SEM navigation and conversion analysis (path to purchase)
• Prepare and execute on a SEM plan to establish an international SEM strategy in targeted regions/countries.
• Stay current with new advances in search engine marketing, competitive landscape, and keyword research.

Required skills and competencies:
• Bachelor's Degree required; Marketing Degree preferred
• 4-5 years’ experience managing paid and natural search programs in-house or agency environment
• Should hold some combination of the following certifications: Baidu Certifications, Google Analytics Certification is a plus but not mandatory
• Requires hands-on knowledge of best practices in SEM and a proven track-record of delivering qualified traffic from both an acquisition and conversion standpoint

Legal Counsel

Overview of Job:
Legal Counsel requires supporting its company governance and its dynamic business growth in China.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Contract review/ draft/establish, make legal advice to all the team (e.g. AMS, Finance, Human Resources, etc.)
• Provide legal advice on a range of commercial and compliance related matters as required 
• Responsible for taking meeting minutes of board or shareholder meetings of all acquired companies in bilingual, and execution of resolutions and making sure that resolutions and decisions are implemented
• Coordinate or deal with the inquiry or inspection from judiciaries and regulators
• Assist in trainings relevant to legal knowledge and risk prevention
• Assist in updating and improving internal policies and rules
• Deal with other related legal matters

• Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Law with a focus on English) from the premier universities

Display Account Manager

• Act as the link between client and internal operation teams to reach campaign objectives

JOB SUMMARY

Copywriter-Luxury

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Write highly creative, engaging and consumer insight-driven contents for digital and social media platforms,including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Blogs, Microblogs, BBS/forums, ePR sites, Video Marketing sites.
• Research and source out contents online and create a fresh and interesting story around it
• Inspire and drive team members on content writing execution
• Manage Social Media projects to create, grow Online Communities around brands, and achieve set KPIs
• Track UGCs, analyse and seed contents to create visibility and drive engagement for brands
• Work with Social Media team in conceptualizing and creating innovative ideas to optimize performance ofassigned projects
• Create weekly and monthly reports, and present them to clients
• Be abreast with the latest technology, trends and techniques on China Social Media space and be able toapply them on assigned projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
• Academic Qualification: Graduate of journalism, marketing or related course.  MBA/Master degree holder a plus.
• Capability of understand the objective and KPIs of luxury industry and have the ability to meet internal and external deadlines for contents with accurate understanding on content flow.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Write highly creative, engaging and consumer insight-driven contents for digital and social media platforms,including but not limited to WeChat, Weibo, Blogs, Microblogs, BBS/forums, ePR sites, Video Marketing sites.
• Research and source out contents online and create a fresh and interesting story around it

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
• Academic Qualification: Graduate of journalism, marketing or related course.  MBA/Master degree holder a plus.
• Capability of understand the objective and KPIs of F&B industry and have the ability to meet internal and external deadlines for contents with accurate understanding on content flow.
• Ability to write highly creative, engaging and consumer insight-driven contents for digital and social media channels. Experience would be a plus.
• With a minimum 2 years of working experience.

SCRM Manager

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
• Manage Wechat Social CRM programs on both operation and strategy
• Build Wechat segments and create corresponding SCRM tactics
• Design Wechat user experiences logic to enhance followers engagement and content relevance
• Monthly and weekly report based on the Wechat followrs’ behavior analytics 
• Align client’s global and local direct-to-consumer-communications via Wechat (Wechat, Wechat E-shop, Wechat mini program/H5) and ensure that all communication processes are consistent with their global policies and China regulations.
• Manage clients of assigned Social Media/Social CRM projects and achieve set KPIs
• Work with the Social Media Team in driving strategies and executions, especially in the area of Communication/Content Planning of Social CRM programs. 
• Be abreast with the fast changing technology, trends and techniques on China Digital/Social Media space and be able to apply them on assigned projects

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
• At least 3 years of social marketing experience, with hands on experience in Wechat marketing campaigns and Wechat management
• Be familiar with Wechat backend 
• Proven multi-channel marketing expertise – with a heavy emphasis on online and direct to consumer marketing
• Solid experience on Wechat SCRM (segmented post, membership programs) highly preferred
• Proven experience developing value propositions for consumers – whether through product, marketing campaign or loyalty program development

TSA (Tencent Social Ads) Campaign Manager

Job Description& Responsibility
• Manage all types of TSA campaign (including but not limited to GDT, WeChat, Tencent News) 
• Independently handle all the campaign setup, tracking, operation, optimization, reporting and insights.
• Coordinate with internal creative and account team to ensure campaign deliveries. 
• Familiar with TSA campaign mechanism, ad policy and ad format products line.
• Understand the features (pricing, advantage, etc ) of all Tencent ad product and be able to give operational recommendation to planning team. 

Requirement
• Minimum of 1 year hands- on experience operating Tencent Social Ad Platform. 
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital advertising adverting industry.
• Strong in data analysis, traffic management, campaign optimization, tracking and reporting. 
• Written English is a must. 
• Spoken English is favorable
• Preferably with proven project management skills
• Self-motivation and strong desire to learn.

Senior Account Manager – Social Client

Overview of job:
Senior Account Manager (SAM) is a responsible on leading the strategic development, and business development for the client, lead and guide the development of key client relationship organization, be responsible for the strategy and direction of the accounts that he or she is handling.

Responsibilities of the Role:
Client Service and Implementation
• Acts as team lead of assigned projects and ensures overall project objectives and targets are achieved
• Works with the Client Service Director, ensuring that client requirements/project briefs are received, converted to an internal version, and cascaded to the team in a clear, complete and accurate manner. 
• Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
• Reports to the Business Development Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.  
• Oversee the implementations of all channels
• Will be in charge to develop one product/ service line of NetBooster portfolio

Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking 
• Working with social strategist, an account manager should be able to provide valuable contribution in strong concepts for social media engagement on all channels (including but not limited to: SEM, SEO, Social Media, Programmatic Buying, E-commerce)

• Challenges the strategies of internal team, and provide recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Understanding of company’s digital capabilities and services, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client

New Business Development
• Work with the team in pitches for new clients
• Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
• Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
• Owns the contract and contract renewals for new work for an existing client

Finance Management
• Approves Change Orders and invoices, and is responsible for payment collections
• Ensures timely billing and recovery of project fees

Required skills and competencies:
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships 
• With a minimum 2-3 years of Account/project management experience
• 1 year experience managing social communities on Chinese social media sites. 
• Extremely detail oriented 
• Strong writing skills and creative mind-set
- Good knowledge of social media analytics, comfortable working with data
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment 
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English) is not required but a plus
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well 
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction 
• New skills to have:  SEO, SEARCH and RTB.
