资深设计师 (Senior Designer)

As a Strategy Analyst at Siegel+Gale, you will: 
• Conduct and synthesize quantitative and qualitative research through competitive audits, customer and industry trends analysis, stakeholder interviews, field observation, customer journey mapping and persona development

Senior Strategist

• Help clients and teams address core issues, recognize nuances that define each client and know how to integrate into work approach
• Frame branding solutions in terms of business impact
• Frequently lead client meetings and presentations (depending on size)

Associate Strategy Director

• Solve the most complex brand problems
• Have decision autonomy over most assignments  
• Manage client relationships and provide senior oversight and presence at client interactions

• Lead new business pitches, proposals 
• Establish solid relationship with mid-senior level members of client team (i.e. Director and VP

Office Manager

To effectively and efficiently manage administrative and infrastructure support in the Shanghai office

Recommended experience: 
• 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity

Ideal Project Load:
• Responsible for the overall management of the facility  

Expertise:
• A hands-on self-starter with a great sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Working knowledge of A/V, electrical, PC / MAC and other utility systems.
• Ability to efficiently and effectively manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities- Project work:
• Manage the overall appearance of the office; liaise with building management, and outside contractors on all upkeep and repair issues for maintenance of office equipment, parts and supplies, and troubleshooting any equipment issues. 
• Oversee the procurement, stocking, and distribution of all office supplies and stationary, maintaining inventory control and contract management with vendors
• Liaise with all departments to determine seat / office allocations and seating chart management
• Establish and manage Office Procedures; Monitor requests and maintain reasonable timeframe for service delivery; develop and implement methods, procedures, and to improve workflow efficiencies.
• Organize office operations such as workspace assignments and office layout.
• Responsible for employee set ups; liaise with HR and IT on seating assignments, email set ups, phone and voice mail set ups, furniture and equipment requests
• Assist in building company morale and enhancing overall office experience
