Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at Siegel+Gale, you will: 
• Lead in the completion of project management deliverables 
• Develop work plans and manages the day-to-day activities for multiple projects 
• Lead the team from initial project brief through project completion, including project budgets, schedule and resource needs for various brand projects 
• Identify potential issues and help to develop solutions 
• Use best practices project management techniques to achieve project objectives on time and on budget, meeting profitability targets 
• Track project progress and ensure change is effectively managed 
• Communicate among project team members and with clients 
• Manage program knowledge and client materials to ensure team members’ activities and work products are aligned 
• Understand the client’s strategic needs and work to enhance and expand the overall relationship 
• Participate in business development by contributing to proposals, meetings, and case studies 
• Manage work streams 
• Help manage workload to meet deadlines 
• Own project management deliverables 
• Contribute to decisions about client relationship matters 
• Informally manage and mentor juniors and provide feedback to peers in project-related areas 
• Maintain prominent client contact

You’re a great fit for this position if you have: 
• 5-7 years of agency experience or client-side marketing experience 
• PMI or equivalent training or certification courses 
• Mastery of the basic of tools and techniques of project management 
• Understanding of project risk factors, budget analysis and revenue planning

• Familiarity with all core services across brand-related initiatives 
• Significant exposure to client-side organizational structures and decision-making functions 
• Working experience on a mix of small and large engagements across industries 


Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Siegel+Gale, you will: 
• Lead and/or assist in the completion of project management deliverables 
• Work with team members to develop work plans designed to meet project objectives 
• Help establish project budgets, schedules and resource needs for various brand projects 
• Alert senior team members to issues and provides input to solutions 
• Assist in the day-to-day oversight of projects to ensure that the project team understands and meets project scope and deliverables and profitability target 
• Track project progress and ensure change is effectively managed 
• Own project management deliverables (with input) 
• Work with teams to archive projects once they are complete 
• Keep senior management informed of issues 
• Maintain consistent client contact 
• Attend most calls, work sessions and presentations, as appropriate 
• Establish amiable relationship with client team members to complete project-related tasks (i.e., Manager level, Procurement) 
• Offer input into client relationship matters

• 3+ years agency- or client-side marketing experience

Account Coordinator

As an Account Coordinator at Siegel+Gale, you will: 
• Be responsible for administrative coverage for 1-2 group members as needed 
• Coordinate various project elements; prioritizes and manages a high volume of detailed work 
• Update client reports and assembles presentation materials for client meetings and new business opportunities 
• Assist with general, day-to-day administrative needs of team (meetings, notes, timelines, etc.) 
• Follow up on AR/outstanding invoices 
• Help develop PowerPoint presentations and print/prep materials for team/client 
• Create timeline drafts and team hours allocations based on budget 
• Work with Resource Manager and client team members on resourcing plan 
• Manage team calendars: schedule internal and client meetings & follow up on attendance 
• Create and maintain the client contact list 
• Traffic projects by job progress & maintain excel spreadsheets 
• Maintain excel spreadsheet of running database of deliverable releases 
• Complete work as part of team and demonstrates ability to work independently 

You’re a great fit for this position if you have: 
• 2+ years of general administrative experience working at a creative, advertising, consulting and/or marketing agency strongly preferred 
• Undergraduate degree (B.S.) or equivalent 
• Experience organizing time-sensitive events 
• Ability to simplify 
• Digital expertise 
• General awareness or exposure to branding and marketing 
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft business applications, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Excel 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail 
• Strong interpersonal capabilities and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Good time management and organizational skills
