Business Director

Job Responsibilities:
– Set media objective, analyze market/consumer dynamics, and formulate media strategy
– Construct media plan with recommendation on media channels, budget allocation and scheduling strategy
– Explore new media forms and innovative media ideas
– Brief buying team to ensure an effective implementation of the approved media plan
– Co-ordinate with clients and creative agencies in day-to-day account handling and media servicing
– Provide clients with constant updated on competitive activity, media market development and relevant research insight

– Excellent general education with 10 years relevant experience; previous 4A agency experience is preferred, Brand Manager in Worldwide Top 500 corporate or Project Manager in big research house is a advantage
– Good understanding of the production process of advertising and all other forms of communication mediums
– Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively
– Able to prioritize, communicate these priorities and motivate a team accordingly
– High energy level, excellent listening skills and able to manage multiple tasks and initiatives simultaneously
– Proficiency in Mandarin, English both in conversation & writing
– Computer knowledge, especially PPT in English is a must


Planning Director

Job Responsibilities:
– Building and leading supervisors and planners in developing strategically grounded media plans and buys providing key business insights and growth potential ideas for current clients, new business and internal agency thinking
– Insuring that planning supervisors, planners, and executives are fully trained on all aspects of online media planning including planning processes, use of research tools, as well as the development of writing and presentation skills
– Partnering with brand planning teams, creative agency and other partners, research, strategic planning, and business development to ensure client objectives are met leveraging the newest technologies and marketing strategies
– Providing proactive contribution to clients' business growth by identifying new media opportunities
– Defining, measuring and increasing productivity of all clients
– Fostering a collaborative, team focused environment empowering all media staff to be the experts in their fields
– Contributing strategic insight in new business efforts
– Determine optimal staffing assignments for existing clients as well as for new business efforts
– Assist Directors in day to day and overall business management

– Eight or more 7 years experience in online media planning within an advertising agency, direct marketing, cable/broadcasting or similar media environment
– Well-versed in all forms of digital media including web, search, email, mobile, etc.
– Experience in growing, managing and inspiring internal planning teams; strong leadership and administrative skills across the 3 China offices
– Must be able to interpret and draw relevant insight from research resources such as iResearch iUserTracker, Nielsen adRelevance and CMMS, and other media planning and buying tools as well as from non-syndicated sources
– Senior level client negotiation and management skills with the ability to write clearly and to make lively, imaginative but substantive presentations
– Consult, collaborate, and support brand account teams to develop integrated media communication strategies and plans.
– Manage a digital media training program to up-level current traditional planners to integrated planner expertise.
– Excellent presentation, writing and communication skills in English and Mandarin
– Working knowledge of online performance tracking and brand measurement tools as well as paid keyword search marketing

Planning Manager

– Responsible for planning, buying and reporting to assigned accounts
– Develop and build strong working relationships with internal teams
– Responsible for mentoring, training, and team building
– Manage vendor relationships
– Assist the Director in creating media plans, strategically and efficiently
– Assist the Director in setting overall direction for program planning and negotiating strategies
– Initiate creative and business building ideas
– Oversee plan negotiations and media team activities
– Lead internal meetings with other departments and call on agency resources to strengthen ideas
– Build a comprehensive media knowledge base and synthesizes information into ideas
– Staff supervision, training and development as well as serving as a positive role model with a hard work ethic and vigorously reviewing all work to ensure high quality standard
– Writing and presenting presentations
– Maintaining client contact


Digital Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:
– Provide regular reporting and optimization reports to continually enhance client’s programs.
– Overseeing the quality of work that gets delivered to the client.
– Talent development by managing the junior team members and be responsible for their delivery & quality of work.
– Client liaison and relationship development.

– Solid 3-4 years and more experience working in media agency.
– Good understanding of all media channels, especially in traditon and digital.
– Demonstrate sharp, strategic & critical thinking and effective problem solving skills.
– Effectively work collaboratively.
– Excellent communication skills and experience working across large media budgets.
– Business proficiency in English and Chinese.
