资深数字社会化营销策划师Senior Social Strategist

As a Senior Social Strategist, you will be responsible for social activation strategy and content planning for a range of clients (with a focus on Nestle). You will deliver excellent thinking across a range of projects and work with clients to agree the most effective brief to other practices within company, and help to realize the value of social content strategy internally and externally. 

Note: although social strategy will be the core responsibility, we are seeking candidates with experience/interest in stretching into brand and business strategy.  

– Closely cooperate with the broader strategy team & creative teams and partake in creative ideation and campaign brainstorming (specially around social activation and amplification)
– Help plan content calendars for both campaigns and always-on engagements
– Create social content briefs, and brief writers and designers 
– Cooperate with ePR partners in selecting and engaging KOL’s / Service account operators (or in some cases help identify and recommend relevant social KOL partnerships and content collaborations) 
– Take ownership of social content quality and performance
– Regularly analyze and understand the performance of the content and proactively work with the team to optimize future content based on the insights
– Over the longer term, stretch strategy capabilities into brand, CRM & data

– Bachelor’s degree
– 4+years’ experience in digital/social media communications or content creation in China
– A clear understanding of social trends and technologies, and the ability to identify the ones most relevant to the client / project need (ideally with specific understanding and experience in the Mom & Baby category)
– Clearly understanding of the drivers of social performance and how to influence them
– Proven ability to build close and effective relationships (both with internal and client teams)
– The ability, or interest in connecting content strategy to broader business or brand objectives and initiatives
– Self-motivated about career development 
– Proactive and collaborative 
– Ability to create deliverables in both English and Chinese
