Client Engagement Associate Director 

Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities of the role:
• Develop business opportunities, maintain pipeline of prospects and close the deals
• Evangelize Xaxis solutions and values and act as an audience planning expert
• Supervise the sales administration process to ensure adherence to best practice and see that all service levels are exceeded
• Ensure your client base have updated information including sales collateral and information on new products
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor products for competitor comparison or analysis
• Develop and implement 12 month Business Plans for designated Agencies
• Bachelor degree majoring in marketing or media preferred
• Proven successful engagement, business development, sales, and planning skills
• Experience in understanding a commercial business
• 5+ years of experience in Customer service, sales, or account management areas

Planning Manager / Planning Supervisor 

Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities of the role:
• Management of all day-to-day client business/requests.
• Develop media strategies and ensure they are properly executed.
• Full understanding of the client’s business and category issues.
• Guide Executive/senior  to ensure quality control and client service.
• Support your superior on special projects.

• 2-5 years planning experience, digital planning experience will be a plus.
• Broad background and experience in media planning concepts and processes.
• Creative thinking
• Detail oriented with exceptional critical thinking and problem solving abilities
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Chinese
• Ability to multi-task, work successfully with teams, and work under pressure

Display Operation Manager/Display Operation Supervisor

Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities of the role:
• Run display operations smoothly with 100% delivery
• Optimize display campaigns where necessary to reach campaign goals
• Ensuring campaigns’ set up, optimization, performance, margin management etc.
• Work closely with client service team and analytics team to figure out tagging plan
• Ensuring that the tagging, trafficking and set up of pixels, creative’s, ad tags on time and accurately
• Ensuring launch of new products/strategies/inventories, execution of innovative solution to ensure best practice.
• Learn the capabilities of all platform/inventory vendors
• Support publisher tech team for new testing

• 3+ years of digital campaign management experience with a focus on display, video search and/or mobile products
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing technology and platforms, including analytics, supply side platforms, networks, ad serving technology, data management platforms, RTB, DSPs across several digital media channels
• Substantial experience working with broad cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams with ability to influence the opinions of internal team to adopt new strategies and take action
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a detailed oriented, highly motivated self-starter
• Experience with 3rd party Ad Serving, Analytics tools is preferred.
