Digital Planning Producer

Job Summary
Digital Planning Producer streamline the process of managing digital production projects from concept to completion within budget and identifying accurately the best resources required to fulfil. Project Manager  – Digital Business Strategy

What you will be doing: Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Partner Consulting, your role will be :
▪ Manage projects, or commercial proposal preparation process, involving the management of multi-disciplinary teams, including Business Consultants, Data Scientists, Creatives, Media experts… 
▪ Handle clients directly on project assignments (run workshops, client meetings, formal presentations…)
▪ Bring the best of our expertise from the other Departments to your clients on Data Science, Activation ( e.g., media buying, CRM, …) and Creativity.
▪ Impact-driven with real sales abilities, you will have to embark our clients into a transformation of their marketing, CRM, Supply Chain departments and make sure Artefact/NetBooster is their preferred partner in this endeavour.

Senior Account Executive-Social Media Client

Senior Account Executive (SAE) help to Account Director/Account Manger serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. Support the day-to-day communication/information sharing and project support needs between the clients. The role will require strong communication, teamwork, project management and organization skills.

▪ Arrange meetings and liaise with clients to understand briefs 
▪ Provide quick response or solutions to client’s requests

Senior Account Manager (Social and SCRM Strategy)

Senior Account Manager (SAM) is a responsible on leading the strategic development, and business development for the client, lead and guide the development of key client relationship organization, be responsible for the strategy and direction of the accounts that he or she is handling.

Client Service and Implementation
▪ Acts as team lead of assigned projects and ensures overall project objectives and targets are achieved
▪ Works with the Account Director, ensuring that client requirements/project briefs are well understood, converted to an internal version, and cascaded to the team in a clear, complete and accurate manner
▪ Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
▪ Reports to the Account Director and Account Service Director providing regular reports on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis  
▪ Oversee the implementations of all channels
▪ Provide support to the operations team with clear strategic directions to better serbe the client and lead the project succesfully

Qualifications: Education & experience required

▪ A Master's degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science, or related fields
▪ Hands-on experience developing and applying data-driven solutions in a corporate or consulting setting, preferably in a consumer marketing context (experience in the web industry is a plus)
▪ Strong knowledge of data processing, data modeling, algorithms, and data architecture
▪ Intellectual curiosity and excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to structure and prioritise an approach for maximum impact

Regional Business Director

Reporting to the CEO APAC
Regional Business Director manages the APAC business and client relationship, serving as the key point of contact for regional clients, as well as the key regional point of contact to support the Artefact local and global market teams. 
Development and expansion of the business areas Business Development and Key Account Management. Responsibility for the strategic alignment, development and future growth of the agency (as part of the overall agency management)

Hong Kong Office

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Achieving or exceeding sales and profit targets.
▪ Responsible to handle one regional P&L for one client. He/she is managing his/her resources in different countries for this client. The markets are HK, China, Japan and later France/Korea/Taiwan.
▪ Serve as the key point of contact for the Artefact Global team to liaise strategic guidelines and information requirements across the region

▪ She/He is a good "farmer" initiating up-sale and cross-sale.
▪ Management and expansion of the customer and product portfolio.
▪ Development of individual strategies for the development and growth of existing customers in cooperation with consideration of the objectives of the respective customer.
▪ Understanding the business and marketing goals of customers focusing on a consulting and solution-oriented sales approach.

▪ 10+ years of strong media planning & buying experience in Agency
▪ At least 5-8 years experience in the online marketing area, ideally with an agency or in the marketer environment and work experience in sales or business development
▪ Expertise in BAT is a strong plus, GAFA is a must.
▪ Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients, including pitch preparation and execution, and development and growth of existing customers
