Media Account Director  

JOB SUMMARY  
▪ Media Account Director of Digital Advertising Services (Search and Display Expertise background) 
▪ With at least 6-8 years of experience. Our ideal candidate is someone who has expertise working with Media but with also knowledge on Search, Display and Paid Social campaigns and strategy.  
▪ This person also has at least years of experience managing and growing other team members and, again, is willing and able to be very hands on in accounts. We place a lot of value on a very supportive attitude with a real interest by transmitting knowledge, expertise and passion. 
 
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 
▪ Lead account strategy and partner with clients as a trusted consultant; educate and inspire team members to do the same.  
▪ Assist in other online marketing initiatives such as media buying; help team members develop into similarly multi-disciplinary experts.  
▪ Constantly assess and follow-up Media daily work to insure quality delivery to client.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR  
▪ The ideal candidate will be well-rounded and want to learn—and educate others—about other areas of customer acquisition and marketing, beyond SEM. 
▪ At least 6-8 years of experience in online marketing with an emphasis in media, ideally managing International Client or ROI driven campaigns.  
▪ English communication skills – written and oral, presentation skills are key for this role – as is speaking to clients in their own language.  
▪ Strong knowledge of Baidu, Tencent, Alibaba echosystem.  


Media Business Development Director 

JOB SUMMARY 
The desired candidate will build relationships with prospective clients and business partners to develop the company's business opportunities and contribute to raising sales and develop the company's image.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
▪ Find and develop opportunities, lead pursuits and own the commercial negotiations to close new contracts.
▪ Key stakeholder of media strategy deploy and development.
▪ Support manage the business unit sales pipeline to achieve targets.
▪ Liaising with the local teams regarding of all relevant business
▪ Support to deliver the business unit new business P&L

SPECIFIC TASKS
▪ Search and compose potential lead contacts from various resources (industry network, offline events and online business platforms)

Social CRM Executive

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
▪ Monthly and weekly data analyze and insights based on the Wechat followrs’ behavior analytics via WeChat and Mini Program backend.
▪ Manage Wechat Social CRM programs on operation status.
▪ Assit in designing Wechat user experiences logic to enhance followers engagement and content relevance, and sales performance.

JOB SUMMARY 
Senior Search Engine Marketing Consultant will be responsible for planning, optimizing and implementing paid search engine marketing activities with cross referencing to natural search result. 

The ideal candidate must possess a keen understanding of local Chinese search engines such as Baidu, 360 and Sogou keywords search and other paid search solutions template.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
▪ Independent SEM campaign project management
▪ Independent SEM strategy generation
▪ Responsible for setting up accounts in Baidu, 360, Sogou and Google
▪ Daily management of PPC campaign PPC
▪ Help prepares analyse data of client during monthly reports development
▪ Assist on tracking URLs for
▪ Following up campaign status
▪ Performance reporting presentation with client
▪ Working with several different platforms and also internal tools

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 
▪ Experience managing SEM Campaigns – minimum 2 years

Junior Media Planner

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
As junior media planner you’ll usually work on several projects at the same time, often for a number of different clients. The junior media planner will play a key role in supporting discovery, understanding, and synthesis of a market and our clients’ brands. Duties are as followed:
▪ Work with planning manager to understand client’s business and media objectives, and develop media strategies and campaigns.
▪ Gather and analyze marketing, industry, and consumer insights data to determine the client’s advertising and media needs.
▪ Analyze media alternatives and make recommendations as to best allocate the advertising budget. Plans typically include analysis and recommendations on audience, targeting, geography, scheduling, support level and budget.
