Senior Planner (资深策划)

Location: Shanghai 

Key Responsibilities:
• We need an experienced Senior Planner who is self-motivated and passionate about creating content led strategies that are driven by our brand’s needs and by culture insights.
• We need a hands-on Creative Strategist who will work hard on making sure, that strategy is not  only  guiding  the  ideas,  but  actually  landing itself through the work we put out.
• Our Creative Strategist must support the creative team to make sure that the right content comes through amazing design & the right executional cues.
• Internally, you will work with creative teams to come up with strategy & innovative ideas and content. We are setting up a collaborative strategic and creative community, and we need someone who is autonomous enough to work independently but comfortable enough to work as part of a team.
• Externally, our Creative Strategist needs to help us grow relationships with clients, being able to present strategy with a clear and assertive pulse. We need a Strategist who will help building up the confidence and excitement that makes client say yes to amaze cutting edge work.
• Our Creative Strategist will help us inspire people to think about content in new ways, always pushing for excellence and clarity in everything we do at the agency.

• Degree in Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology related discipline
• Strong background, leading content strategy in digital platforms and different media landscapes with working experience (5+ years)
• Ability to interpret research findings and analyze data into compelling communication insights.
• Confidence to work directly with clients, and manage their clarity and enthusiasm about content strategies.
• Rigorous standards, when it comes to pushing for only, and nothing less than excellent work.
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Good sense of what’s priority when making decisions.
• Strong visual and verbal presentations skills, from self-expression to document preparation.
• Fluent Mandarin spoken and written skills
• Relevant design strategy and media planning experience
• Relevant experience working on awarded projects at top agencies

Creative Director-Copy base (创意总监-文案方向)

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:
• Conceive the development of all materials (copy) to ensure that creative concepts are strategically on target and art meets company standards of creative excellence.
• Work closely with the art based creative Director, as well as the Strategy team.
• Lead and supervise the creative copy development for the offline and online projects for Serviceplan
• Take project lead and responsibility on campaign ideas and copy direction
• Lead, nurture & supervise the copy team on the projects from inception stage, idea generation and production stages
• Assure creative projects meet briefs and/or company objectives, as well as timelines and budgets. 
• Guide the client from a creative point of view.
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall project in terms of copy.
• Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas and creativity. Constantly encourage creative, inspirational team spirit.
• Strategic planning and detail minded.

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Art or equivalent.
• Outstanding Chinese copy with auto background. English copy is a plus.
• Over 8-10 years experiences of working in digital and classical advertising agencies, among which minimal 6 years creative management experience in China
• Excellent track record in award winning performance with famously effective works
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete work independently, as well as with the team members.
• Good knowledge in literature, art and history
• Understand modern and traditional culture
• Familiar with Mainland China, digital ecosystem and latest trends.
• Excellent communications, presentation and problem solving skills. Able to present creative concepts to the team and the clients in their language

Planning Director 策略总监

Location: Beijing

Key Responsibilities:
1.Take full responsibility for planning and directing, and variety of planning tasks, including daily planning work, and new business pitches. 
2.Relies on extensive experience and judgment to think and plan the work ahead.
3.Partner with the Account Directors and Creative Directors in identifying the right business needs and opportunities.
4.Bring deep consumer knowledge and insights, develop and drive the brand/ communication strategies, help develop big simple communication ideas and finally help evolve and take forward the campaign ideas to tackle client's issue. 
5.Selling and closing of ideas internally and externally. Strategically and diplomatically handling frustration and discrepancies, adds clarity and scale to both strategies and creative ideas. 
6.Standardize and supervise the planning process, role & responsibilities, paving the path for success for each individual member. 
7.Raise the bar of service quality and creativity, constantly challenge the status quo, inspire and motivate, push the team to go further and be the best.
8.Think managerially and put quality and team efficiency as the first priority , establish the planning team as an idea aggregator, China knowledge Centre & think tank, and make it the catalyst for crafting the company culture. 
9.Identify specific knowledge topics that company can own, and Identify the opportunities to promote the company beyond the daily planning work.  
10.Be the role-model and mentor of the team.

7.Extensive experience with original thinking and visions for making strategic judgment and plans. 
8.Good understanding of technology and automobile industry.

Senior Account Executive (资深客户执行)


Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure smooth implementation of all major deliverables within timeline and budget (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
•Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Account Director of any problems that may arise. 
•Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
•Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
•Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
•Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business, involving the Account Director
•Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations. 
•Prepare regular correspondence, Contact Report, Status Report and Production Estimate

Account Executive (客户执行)

Key Responsibilities

•Prepare accurate call reports and distribute to applicable client and internal team members.
•Effective execution of relationship marketing programs including written communication of program changes and updates to all team members.
•Consult with Creative, Account Management and other internal departments to communicate client objectives and to develop strategic solutions. Develop draft of creative and project brief.  Submit to Supervisor for review.
•Job files and completion of various process-related forms.
•Set agendas for scheduling and running meetings.
•Maintain schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
•Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
•Answers all client queries promptly.

Art Director (美术指导)

Location: Beijing
Key Responsibilities:

•Supervises and monitors artists to ensure the quality and time lines of print layouts and online PP 
•Provides technical and creative support in generating layouts and finished ads 
•Reviews and assesses existing ads based on the principles of effective advertising suggests/implements improvements as needed; 
•Provides training to artists on creating effective business ads: implements the principles of effective business advertising in all work generated by the artists
•Assists in management planning by providing reports on team member productivity, ad exceptions, deadline compliance, and hardware and software requirements
•Undertakes any special project or duty as signed by superiors 

•Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design preferred
•At least over 1 years 4A agency experience desired, with a thorough understanding of Art Direction/ Design.
•Demonstrate conceptual and design skills.
•Present ideas effectively. Ability to talk about your work internally. And, just as important, the ability to listen and understand client feedback and feedback from internal critiques.
•A command of Typography, Color, Composition, Hierarchy.
•Create and execute ideas in an efficient, organized way.

Account Intern (客户部实习生)

Location: Beijing & Hangzhou

Key Responsibilities:
1.Support in project management: manage and implement project progress; draft timings, prepare decks
2.Account Management: Support to bridge client requests and internal deliverables; this includes answering clients’ request and assure a open and informative client communication and grow with the challenges to final be able to handle smaller projects by yourself
3.Internal Responsibilities: assist the account director in proper documentation and filing;
