Account Director/SAD 

We are currently looking for an Account Director (Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English) to join our growing team.

Get in touch if you love working across integrated campaigns that span social media, digital, influencers, retainer and more, and have a passion for English education industry.

The successful applicant must have experience managing a team and running integrated communications projects and campaigns for consumer, lifestyle and/or English/education brands.

Key responsibilities
• Manage an integrated team of social media, and digital professionals to execute client strategies and plans 
• Manage the team to deliver work that includes social media and content development, digital campaigns, influencer marketing and more 
• Execute strategic plans and proposal to enhance our client’s brand recognition and awareness  
• Work collaboratively with other teams including planning and creative 
• Manage annual retainer client in the English education industry 
• Act as a day-to-day contact for clients   
• Deliver against KPIs and actionable metrics 
• Support in new business development including but not limited to developing proposals, attending pitch presentations and developing your own network 
• Proactively contribute to the development of the agency 

Key requirements and skills 
• At least 6+ years’ experience gained in a communications /  digital agency / 4A company environment  
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both Chinese and English 
• Experience with integrated communications
• An enthusiastic team player 
• Experience managing and mentoring team members 

Account Manager 

• experience in ATL (video + vision)+digital campaign. Relevant customers (cabinet/home appliance industry) experience is preferred.
• Charge, maintain and cultivate of accounts in social platform independently
• Partner with the client to determine needs and advise clients on integrated marketing solutions
• Produce overall key project milestone and ensure project goes smoothly
• Accurately assess all work of internal and external departments, and provide corrective guidance where necessary
• Finance mangement
• Track, monitor and report on a running basis the status of all jobs
• To have a good working relationship with the clients personnel 

• Bachelor degree or above
• 3+ year related experience in creative agency, prefer 4A background
• Have solid social marketing experience and familiar with social platform resources and management
• Fluent English language skill, both verbal and written
• Proven Account Management skills of holistic campaigns
• Excellent communication and thinking skills
• Able to priorities, communicate and motivate a team accordingly
• Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well 

Senior Account Executive

• Manage projects independently
• Keep efficient communication with relevant client and team members
• Familiar with work progresses and monitor team to observe the process;
• Finance and project tracking
• Accurately comprehend and report the project trends or team brief, such as creative brief, contact report, status report, etc
• Determine the right creative works and give the improving suggestion
