Associate Account Director  助理客户总监

Key Responsibilities
• Assists the team leader to manage the key accounts
• Provides logistic support to both the account and creative teams

Account Executive 客户执行

Location: Hangzhou

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate call reports and distribute to applicable client and internal team members.
• Effective execution of relationship marketing programs including written communication of program changes and updates to all team members.
• Consult with Creative, Account Management and other internal departments to communicate client objectives and to develop strategic solutions. Develop draft of creative and project brief.  Submit to Supervisor for review.
• Job files and completion of various process-related forms.
• Set agendas for scheduling and running meetings.
• Maintain schedules and ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Regularly monitors and analyses competitive advertising and competitive product activity.
• Answers all client queries promptly.

Senior Account Executive 资深客户执行

Location: Hangzhou

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure smooth implementation of all major deliverables within timeline and budget (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

Creative Director-Art Base(创意总监-美术方向) 

Location: Shanghai 

Key responsibilities:
• Report to Executive Creative Director, you will participate in creative development and become creative-lead over time.
• Lead and supervise the creative development for the offline and online projects for Serviceplan.
• Taking project lead and responsibility on art directional and design projects, leading the creative team on the projects and meet & guide the client from a creative side.
• Create and support the execution of campaign ideas and designs working closely with the copy based Creative Team , as well as the Strategy and Concept team.
• Maintain and enhance the quality of the overall art / design ideas.
• Lead, nurture & supervise the creative team, especially those under your responsibility.
• Show your creative ideas and make them win the pitch!
• Inspire our content & client service to execute and defend your ideas and Create & constantly encourage creative, inspirational team spirit. 

• Ddiploma holder, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Art or equivalent.
• Over 8-10 years’ experiences of working in digital and classical advertising agencies
• Digital minded, fully understand how to evolve an initial concept and able to execute it throughout all digital platforms (website, social media, etc.), as well as profound classical background
• Full of awesome ideas and being able to complete the work independently as well as with the team members
• Be skilled in designing software (Photoshop, Illustrator), basic understanding of certain development software (Flash, Dreamweaver) is a plus

Senior Planner (资深策划)

Key Responsibilities:

• We need an experienced Senior Planner who is self-motivated and passionate about creating content led strategies that are driven by our brand’s needs and by culture insights.
• We need a hands-on Creative Strategist who will work hard on making sure, that strategy is not  only  guiding  the  ideas,  but  actually  landing itself through the work we put out.
• Our Creative Strategist must support the creative team to make sure that the right content comes through amazing design & the right executional cues.
• Internally, you will work with creative teams to come up with strategy & innovative ideas and content. We are setting up a collaborative strategic and creative community, and we need someone who is autonomous enough to work independently but comfortable enough to work as part of a team.
• Externally, our Creative Strategist needs to help us grow relationships with clients, being able to present strategy with a clear and assertive pulse. We need a Strategist who will help building up the confidence and excitement that makes client say yes to amaze cutting edge work.
• Our Creative Strategist will help us inspire people to think about content in new ways, always pushing for excellence and clarity in everything we do at the agency.

Strategic Planner 策略策划 

Location: Shanghai 

Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle projects independently with minimum guidance from superior. 
2.Digest client's brief, identify real issue, challenges, and the communication objective and goals.
3.Analyzing the economic, political, social and technical environment, pinpoint strength, weaknesses, forecast trends and identify opportunities.
4.Draft research proposals, conducting interviews, market research and opinion polling on consumer behavior and mindset.
5.Detect consumer insights, craft strategic concept/ideas based on Consumer Insights
6.Compile and run creative brief, brainstorm, project updates.
7.Give creative support and clarifications during the creative development.

HR Director (人力资源总监) 

Location: Beijing or Shanghai 

Key Responsibilities:
• Coach HR team members to deliver professional HR service to each office and achieve HR team KPIs.
• Provide HR strategy to the management team.
• Manage the business’ recruitment and acquisition efforts and ensures the process runs smoothly to build the best and most capable, diverse workforce.
• Update HR policies and employee handbook to compliance with the latest labor law.
• Partner with Finance Director on HC plans and yearly compensation budget.
• Prepare yearly training plan for Beijing and Shanghai office, supervise HR team members to deliver the training plan.
• Work with the management team to design a proper career path for the best talents in the company and build the core team for each office.
• Play a role as HR consultant for management team.
• Recruiting capabilities for senior levels. 

• At least 8-10 years of Human Resources background, with a managerial position Multi-national company experience in a fast-growing, large volume and high complexity environment. 
• Ability to work across business functions with strong consensus building skills to move a strategy forward.
• Ability to quickly audit and identify issues in a complex situation. 
• Excellent ability to quickly grasp the company’s operation and business drivers, and will possess a high degree of integrity and independence. 
• Intellectual capacity to gather information, analyze and rapidly make decisions and recommendations dealing with all functions in a complex and multi-faceted business is essential.
