Senior Commercial Manager (Shanghai)

A Senior Commercial Manager who will be in charge of business development to sell product and tech solutions independently, and assisting in product improvement in CuriosityChina – a Farfetch company. 

The product and tech solutions mainly focus on CRM, E-com, Marketing, Data and other innovative solutions to help international / domestic brands (luxury, watch & jewelry, beauty and lifestyle brands) to reach, engage and convert their customers in China to achieve effective customer management for sales performance improvement.

• Developing and explore target clients to deliver “plug and play” or customized solution based on company’s SaaS platform and tech solutions to international or domestic fashion, luxury, lifestyle brands in China. 
• Working closely with product and tech team and client success team to identify, extract clients’ business development opportunities.
• Follow related process to complete each business deal through close liaison with the clients.
• Manage business forecast, planning to achieve the target sales goal.
• Develop business strategy and get timely feedback on industry change as well as competitive movements to update action plan.

• Bachelor degree and above.
• 5 or above years working experience in CRM, E-com, Marketing field. Fashion, luxury, beauty and lifestyle channel resources is a plus.
• Good self-management and communication skill with the customers
• Strong sales competency and passion
• Demonstrated business management /new business development skills and abilities.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, oral and written communication skills.

Senior Account Manager (Beijing & Shanghai)

The Senior Account Manager will manage a team of more than 5 team members which consists of AM and AE level of talents. You will work with an exciting base of international clients which include top luxury, hospitality and lifestyle brands. The candidates will also be able to pursue their passion in a vibrant working environment and be part of the CURIO(Farfetch Group)family.

• Coordinate clients strategy and key accounts performance review, monitor the execution with account team leaders on daily bases, help the account team to face client challenges and
manage client’s expectation.
• Manage account team's revenue and commission structure.
• Build the account team to meet company growth requirement, optimize team structure, team hiring, training planning and build career roadmap with HR, team performance review and evaluation.
• Monitor client’s data performance and provide critical analysis for client’s feedback.
• Lead the planning and implementation of digital promotion campaigns.
• Adapt well to accommodate changes in marketing direction or client needs.
• Lead team members for data collection, data analysis and report creation.
• Manage a team of 5-8.

Graphic Designer (Beijing & Shanghai)

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for generating clear design ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets in CuriosityChina. He/she will also be supporting the Operations Team in the conceptualization and design of creative assets for an exciting base of international clients which include premium lifestyle and luxury brands.

• Create concepts and mock-ups with a creative and innovative flair.
• Responsible for generation of creative assets which includes graphic design and edits. 
• Basic understanding of design requirements of various luxury brands.
• Support account executive in the creative design and typesetting of client’s WeChat article posts.
• Conceive and design exciting and contemporary digital graphic elements appropriate to client’s corporate image and standards.
• Find creative graphic solutions within the given timespan.
• Supported design-related requests from various teams.

• Bachelor degree and above in design-related majors.
• Proven graphic designing experience.
• Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality.
• Good knowledge of typography, iconography, color, layout, and data visualization.
• Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Candidates will be requested to display their design portfolio.
• 1-2 year working experience in design-related industries is a plus.

Creative Editor (Shanghai)

• Create copies with a clear and creative flair.

• Relevant degree majors will be preferred.
• Strong proficiency of creative copywriting in Chinese.
