Creative Director partners with account and planning in strategic thinking that leads to business-shaping creative solutions (nowadays integrated creative solutions).

1.Set and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects and accounts, ensuring they meet client objectives and bring the brand to life.
2.Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand. 
3.Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner. 
4.Hire, coach, and manage team members.
5.Develop the team member to be equipped with digital/new media knowledge. 

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above.
2.Proficiency in both written and oral English.
3.Ability to generate big ideas that can be adopted on multiple media touch points to provide brand experience to consumers.
4.Strong art direction, strong presentation skills, strong story-telling ability and effective client relations skills. 
5.10+ years of professional creative (copy base) experience.
6.Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines. 
7.Ability to mentor creative personnel and foster learning and excellence among team members.

Responsibilities:
1.Campaign management proficiency across all channels
2.Reporting (Client deliverables, Ongoing Monitoring Report) Optimization with findings/ implications
3.Allocation of cross-channel budgets
4.Ensure best practices are implemented
5.Pre/Post analysis of optimization
6.Media strategic plan development
7.Media Planning: Build holistic digital marketing plans for existing and prospective clients
8.Audits (manage reports and ensure that associates are properly managing KPIs)
9.Ensure campaigns are running and implemented properly
10.KPI Fulfillment with Performance goals
11.Industry/ Media Trendy research sharing

Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s Degree
2.A minimum of 3 – 4 years’ experience directly managing Performance marketing practices, paid display, paid social campaigns
3.Experience with digital media tools is greatly preferred (iResearch, DCM, and Adobe Omniture)
4.Detail oriented, well organized, and ability to multi-task in a ROI result oriented business environment
5.Proficient in MS Office, with an expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
8.Excellent language skill of English reading, writing, listening and speaking.

Responsibilities:
1.Ensure fully understand client needs from account team and clearly brief to creative team client’s problem, insight and solution.
2.Analyze market data and research findings to develop insights into the category, brand and consumer and inspire creative ideas through workshops.
3.Monitor and interpret cultural and social trends relevant to client’s business to bring consumer insights to life.
4.Analyze competitive communications to identify unique positioning opportunities.
5.Actively lead and involve in new business and brand strategy pitching.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree is required.
2.2+ years or above experience in advertising agency, PR agency, market research agency or client side.
3.Digital background is preferred.
4.Able to handle clients independently.
5.Excellent communication and interactive skills.
6.Proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and oral, able to convincingly write and present strategic plans and presentations).
