Project Manager (项目经理)

As a Project Manager at Interbrand, you will: 
• Own project management deliverables to meet deadlines (with support)
• Manage work streams 
• Manages the day-to-day activities for multiple projects 
• Support the team from initial project brief through project completion, including project budgets, schedule and resource needs for various brand projects 
• Alert senior team members to issues and provides input to solutions  
• Track project progress and ensure change is effectively managed 
• Communicate among project team members and with clients 
• Manage program knowledge and client materials to ensure team members’ activities and work products are aligned 
• Participate in business development by contributing to proposals, meetings, and case studies 
• Contribute to decisions about client relationship matters 
• Informally manage and mentor juniors and provide feedback to peers in project-related areas 
• Participate actively at client meetings 

You're a great fit for this position if you have: 
• 2-3 years of agency experience or client-side marketing experience 
• Mastery of the basic of tools and techniques of project management 
• Understanding of project risk factors, budget analysis and revenue planning 
• Attention to detail
• Team player, but able to work independently
• Good communication skills 
• Good professional presence
• Negotiation skills on business terms and contract
• Can accept frequently business travel
