Digital Performance Manager

The fundamental objectives of Performance Manager are to support the agency with:
• Taking ownership of client in-channel strategy and contributing to wider strategic goals
• Providing feedback and recommendations to clients
• Managing large budgets and direct response campaigns across several channels
• Identifying local and regional opportunities that are relevant to the client and incorporating these in campaign strategy
• Collaborating with our teams in London, Singapore, Seoul, Tokyo & Hong Kong etc
• Managing a team of analysts to deliver effective marketing campaigns and activity
• Making sure campaigns are delivered on time and on budget and optimised towards the client's target KPIs
• Drive team management and playing a key role in the development of your team
• Helping drive our vision of paid search to the next level, promoting innovation and driving success through their work

The ideal candidate will have the following core skills and abilities:

• An experienced paid search marketer (around 4 plus years'experience) who constantly strives to learn new skills and being part of a dynamic agency environment
• Experiences on paid social/display would be ideal but not required
• Great communication skills
• Team management experience
• Attention to detail
• Online Paid Ads knowledge and in-depth understanding of tracking systems
• Confident with a client's digital marketing strategy
• Good in spoken and written English.


The fundamental objectives of the role are: 
• Independent SEO strategy generation
• Project KPI Setup and Follow up
• Manage the client's expectation on the deliverables 
• Client coordination and project management (status, timeline, deliverables)
• Provides regular reporting and updates on performance
• Performance review meeting with client independently
• Deliver category review, competitive intelligence analysis
• Effective SEO processes
• SEO training for team
• New Client's pitch 

Desired Skills and Experience: 
• 1 year experience in SEO
• An excellent communicator with experience of successfully utilising SEO to deliver effective marketing campaigns
• Experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML and Content Management System programs
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Experience with OnPage & OffPage Optimization
• Advanced proficiency and clear understanding of website performance metrics, their significance to SEO, and how to track meaningful data using the main tools and programs


The fundamental objectives of the role are: 
• Building & Developing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across a wide-range of search engines (including Google, Bing, Yahoo) 
• Creating keywords to briefs 
• Analysing & producing compelling text 
• Managing client budgets 
• Delivering campaigns on time 
• Optimising campaigns towards client goals 
• Spotting trends, deriving insights and making recommendations on how to further performance 
• Helping the team build great relationships with our clients by taking calls, responding to emails, taking part in presentations & attending face-to-face meetings 
• Helping train and mentor junior staff 
Desired Skills and Experience: 
• The ideal candidate will currently be working as a PPC/Paid Search Manager (or as an Online Marketing Executive/Biddable Account Manager) and have the following core skills and abilities 
• Around 2 years of relevant experience 
• Proven PPC/Paid Search experience, specifically in AdWords (Paid social experience is a bonus) 
• Ability or experience of using 3rd party analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, etc. 
• Problem solving 
• Eager to learn new skills 
• Excellent technical/IT skills (SQL language skills a bonus) 
• Mathematical mind 
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach 
• Eye for detail 
• Fluent written and spoken English (additional language is a bonus)
