1、创意总监  Creative Director – Copy base (FMCG) 

Responsibilities:
Creative Director partners with account and planning in strategic thinking that leads to business-shaping creative solutions (nowadays integrated creative solutions).

1.Set and maintain the creative direction and goals for specific projects and accounts, ensuring they meet client objectives and bring the brand to life.
2.Generate original and innovative ideas across multiple channels that maximize the consumer engagement to the brand. 
3.Able to organize and present concepts in a clear manner. 
4.Hire, coach, and manage team members.
5.Develop the team member to be equipped with digital/new media knowledge. 

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.Proficiency in both written and oral English.
3.Ability to generate big ideas that can be adopted on multiple media touch points to provide brand experience to consumers.
4.Strong art direction, strong presentation skills, strong story-telling ability and effective client relations skills. 
5.Ability to edit videos and hand-sketching is a plus.
6.10+ years of professional creative (copy base) experience; 5+ years auto client experience is preferred.
7.Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines. 
8.Ability to mentor creative personnel and foster learning and excellence among team members.

Responsibilities:
1.Daily operation and monitoring of Wechat and Weibo accounts, including copywriting, editing, interaction with fans, and managing comments.
2.Preparing of weekly social performance reports.
3.Preparing of monthly social insight reports, including trends, competitors, campaigns, etc
4.Competitor social activation monitoring and reporting
5.Working with the team and client to develop social media content and activations
6.Day to day communication with clients
7.Pro-actively advising the team and client on social activation and engagement opportunities

Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above.
2.2+ years in copywriting, editorial or community management role.
3.Attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines. 
4.Ability to generate big ideas with strong presentation skill.
5.Ability to mentor creative personnel and foster learning and excellence among team members.


7、客户副总监 Associate Account Director (FMCG)

Responsibilities:

2.Monitor all stages of campaigns to guarantee that they run smoothly.
3.Responsible for status reports throughout the duration of the project to keep clients and peers updated.
4.Ensure that the project stays within the allocated budget.
5.Offer creative ideas to the account manager to develop exciting campaigns and encourage clients to understand the importance of creativity throughout projects.
6.Keep one stimulated in order to achieve maximum productivity.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.6+ years of 4A or relevant experiences.
3.Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator. 
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
5.Able to priorities, communicate and motivate a team accordingly.
6.Handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well.

Responsibilities:
1.Establish, maintain and cultivate the company/client relationship.
2.Partner with the client to determine needs and advise clients on integrated marketing solutions.
3.Keeper of brand equity, agency reputation and credibility.
4.A leading role in the review and evaluation of quality of all Agency major deliveries, from consumer study, brand/campaign strategy, creative briefing, creative idea, integrated communication plan etc.
5.A leading role to lead and connect all agencies (media, digital, social media etc.) involved in an integrated campaign to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
6.Assign team priorities and manages resources as team coach.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.3+ years of 4A or relevant experiences.
3.Proven Account Management skills of holistic campaigns.

10、流程经理 Traffic Manager (FMCG)

Responsibilities:
1.To liaise with all agency departments to advance projects to completion.
2.To monitor project development vs. timelines and take steps to ensure that projects are completed by the due dates set out in the timelines.
3.To help ensure that all work is produced to agency quality standards.
4.Schedule briefing and internal review.
5.Partner with respective teams (from Creative to Account Service) to understand deliverable requirements and expectations.
6.Liaise with vendors on 3rd party works. Manage costing, timeline, cost negotiation and follow up on work development up to completion.
7.Manage freelancer resources.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above.
2.6+ years of 4A or relevant experiences.
3.Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator. 
4.Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to convince and influence other effectively.
5.Inspire, support, and understand the interplay between people, processes, and systems.
6.Proven ability to work well under pressure and has an objective focused and positive approach.  
7.Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
