Senior Account Executive 

Location: Beijing, China

Client Portfolio: Luxury lifestyle and hospitality, leading international Fortune 500 retainer clients

Requirements:
1.3-4 years’ work experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
2.Ability to develop and articulate strategy recommendations to client and team.
3.Skilled in handling direct client contact and providing client counsel.
4.Able to plan, coordinate and execute flawless events, such as community meetings or press conferences. 
5.Has experience helping coordinate client media/presentation training and is comfortable with the basics, able to give quick input and advice about how to deal with media and community meetings, and can be a resource for on- the-ground partners.
6.Develops budgets independently and/or in conjunction with other team members.
7.Operates with a high degree of independence, but knows when to rely on own judgment and when to seek advice of supervisor and other team members.
8.Excellent written and oral communications skills.

Responsibilities:
1.Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, deadline and budget adherence.
2.Play major role in creation of communications plans and goals; manage against them.
3.Serve as daily client contact and act as client lead when appropriate; address client issues thoughtfully and effectively.
4.Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content.

PR Account Manager

Location: Beijing, China

Client Portfolio: Luxury lifestyle and hospitality, leading international Fortune 500 retainer clients

Requirements:
1.Minimum 3-5 years of account management experience in agency or related field.
2.Strong aptitude for building "partner" relationships with clients and colleagues.
3.Strong account management, analytical, problem solving skills and sound financial management skills.
4.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation in both Chinese and English abilities.
5.Strong listening skills and the ability to be open to new ideas from team members, coworkers, industry sources and clients.
6.Ability to manage several projects at once.

Responsibilities:
1.Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
2.Effectively delegate specific tasks based on Brief requirements.
3.Assist in the co-ordination, writing and verbal briefing of internal and external resources as required e.g. Achieve worthwhile output from brainstorms. 
4.Ensure provision of client services are of a quality consistent with Agency standards, as judged by AD/BD. 
5.Manage projects for clients, ensuring delivery to deadline and results
