Hogarth is a global marketing implementation agency that produces, creates and adapts advertising for brands across all media, (Video, Digital and Music), delivering multi-level national and international campaigns.

Associate Creative Director

The Associate Creative Director is responsible for developing and directing the Agency’s creative strategy and designing and building the Agency’s creative service offerings.

•Develop and manage a “best in class” aka “kick-ass” integrated Creative team.
•Support, execute and manage creative initiatives across Hogarth Shanghai
•Help to manage staffing and manpower forecasts.
•Ensure that creative, communication streams, and related technologies. Become an integral component of the agency’s creative offering; identify and develop strategies that utilize creativity at the heart of it.
•In charge of global/regional asset adaptation, China asset development & execution, and be the gate keeper of quality check
•Track development of all assets with global and local relevant parties
•Collaborate with strategy and business development teams to create and develop solutions for new business opportunities.
•Drive the strategy, deliver clear and concise communication of design goals, provide feedback to all related parties and teams, ensuring integration of design requirements into all phase of production
•Develop or refine the design process to reflect technical requirements
•Stay abreast of latest technology trends so as to refine creative strategies and inspire the team.
•Establish and manage qualified and efficient creative parties
•Be highly knowledgeable in understanding customer needs in marketing, emerging technology and trends and incorporate into the creative process
•Independent to carry multiple projects, involve in variety projects and tasks, brainstorming the concept and assets part as needed
•Collaborate with the creative team, being hands-on, get down into the trenches to help team members out as well. 
•Has to be an all rounded person that does creative strategy as well as creative duties.
•Attract, recruit and retain creative talent to grow the creative capability. 
•Developing cutting edge design concepts and directions for advertising campaigns and projects.

•Art design background is preferred
•10+ years professional experience in a well-established, design/creative role with a proven track record of success agency experience required
•Technically be proficient in photoshop, illustrator. Slight video editing knowledge and skill
•Solid understanding and experience of creating content, deep understanding of Chinese local culture and promotions, awareness of emerging trends in the region, creative integration across channels
•Superior understanding and application of integrated creative strategy.
•Must be highly organized and experienced managing a project design team from concept to completion
•Passionate and hard working with good interpersonal skills, ability to multi-task and to work in a fast-paced environment, enjoys a learning and challenging environment
•Service/Client oriented
•Integrated creative, spanning in both digital and traditional advertising
•Knowledge of direct marketing preferred
