# Creative Director（Shanghai & Beijing）
Job Description:
1. You will be heading up the creative team for SH office;
2. You need to have the passion of creating pioneer and top-quality works that deliver marketing results, to extend the brand equity and create unique consumer experience through interactive channel;
3. You will in charge of the creative strategy for our key clients, including Nike, Converse, L’Oreal and other consumer brands;
4. Build up the local creative team, including recruitment, training and coaching, knowledge sharing and establishing a high creative standard among the company.
Requirements:
1. Strong track record of working on well-known consumer brands, especially on aspiration teens brands relating to sports, fashion, music;
2. Good understanding of branding, consumer behavior, online habit, online advertising and campaigns, and keen to explore ways to leverage the online opportunities for clients;
3. Strong experience in building and leading a creative team, able to inspire team members to achieve great works, and also establish system and workflow;
4. Enjoy working in a start up environment, open to new culture, and working with management to grow the business and build the team in China.

#Account Director （Shanghai & Beijing）
Job Description:
You will be in charge of internet projects for well known sports brands. The person should able to understand clients’ marketing needs and able to propose appropriate digital solutions ranging from tactical internet campaigns, to long-term digital strategy. Projects range from interactive strategy development, internet campaigns, websites production, online advertising campaigns, to customer relationship management and online research; SEO and SEM are the key offers from us as well.
Requirements:
1. Degree holder, with 6 years + marketing and advertising knowledge gained from client or agency side, out of which 2 years + in a managerial position;
2. Willing to take up the challenge of working in a start up environment and grow together with the company;
3. With good interpersonal and project management skill;
4. Self-motivated showing strong sense of ownership and able to work under pressure;
5. Attention to details and well-organized;
6. Enthusiastic on internet area and keen to integrate technology with brand strategy; and multiple projects with different clients are our norm, and candidates must be able to handle the workload and derive enjoyment and satisfaction from these pressures.
