Cheil Taiwan has hired Roy Soetanto as managing director. Prior to joining Soetanto (left) had a long career working at Saatchi & Saatchi, Publicis, JWT and DDB. "Joining Cheil is also an opportunity to be part of a bigger agency, with Cheil Taiwan employing more than 100 employees alone," said Soetanto. "Being a relatively new company in the market, Cheil Taiwan has the motivation to explore new opportunities, embrace innovation and take all the necessary steps required for greater development and growth for the network.
