Shanghai –Patrick Tong(唐力山) will leave DraftFCB(博达大桥) as General Manager for Shanghai office, this April, according to people familiar with the matter.
The news follows the departures of Greater China CEO Pully Chau and National ECD Eddie Wong. The IPG agency had brought in Edward Bell from Ogilvy to helm its Greater China operations this Jan..
During DraftFCB tenure, Tong is majorly in charge of Mondelēz business (formerly Regional Account Director). He formerly oversaw the Healthcare team and oversaw Sanofi Aventis business, within the agency.
Prior to DraftFCB, Patrick Tong has stints at Saatchi & Saatchi Beijing and Grey China.
Till now, it’s still unclear who will replace Tong in DraftFCB China.
