Shanghai- Source said that, Starnet China recently has won the digital media planning and buying account from Converse (匡威), a unit under Nike Group. The incumbent is Mindshare Shanghai, which will continue to handle Nike's media account. As source claimed that, Converse spends majority of budgets on digital media to leverage its marketing efforts. W+K is the creative agency on Converse.
