As source from Shanghai revealled that, Saatchi & Saatchi(盛世长城) Shanghai office has won the creative assignment from newly-formed automobile JV Changan PSA (长安标致雪铁龙) for its initial marque DS series in mainland. It's believed that, DraftFCB, Lintas, Ogilvy and Euro RSCG (Citroen's global agency) also participated in the competitive pitch. Saatchi & Saatchi Shanghai will develop strategy concept and creative excution to support the DS launching in this high-competitive market. DS is the high-end vehicle introduced by CAPSA, which will offcially operated in end of this year and headquatered in Shanghai. CAPSA will initially import three sedan DS3, DS4 and DS5.  As source said, the first localised car DS5 plans to roll out in 2013.
