Jacky Tang (汤政彪) was hired by Mediabrands' new China CEO Tom Wan.
Source from Shanghai told us that, Jacky Tang (汤政彪) has returned to IPG Mediabrands' Magna Global (盟诺) and resumes the president role.
Prior to that, he had resigned from the IPG media buying unit for some time.
Jacky Tang is not a stranger to UM/Mediabrands, before his tenure at GroupM Trading, he had worked at the agency (aka Universal McCann) for a long time.
It's believed that, he was hired by new Mediabrands' China CEO Tom Wan, who had joined in the company in December, 2015.
