Hong Kong - Lincoln Damen, digital creative director at TBWA\Shanghai for the past two years, has moved to Hong Kong to join TBWA\Tequila\Hong Kong as Creative Director, while as Luke Eid as head of digital. TBWA\Tequila\Hong Kong is aim at building up an integrated model under one management team. Eid joins from the Hong Kong office from Australian digital media and creative agency Socialista Media Group, where he was general manager, and will report to Joanne Lao, managing director of TBWA\Tequila\Hong Kong. Before TBWA\China, Lincoln Damen was Multimedia Director at OgilvyOne Beijing. Damen will lead multiple integrated accounts and report to executive creative director Mark Ringer.
