职位描述：
负责带领team完成家居科技产品/外资银行客户制作类业务，包括TVC/Digital/Trans creation/Print 各种物料的制作及交付1. Client Management Responsibilities
•Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
•Ensure clients understand agreed workflows and manage them through the process
•Set and manage client expectations deliverables and timeframes
2. Team member management Responsibilities
•Assist account director to coach/ guide/motive junior team member, improve team performance
•Distribute works according to team mature and client needs, QC team work as required
3. Project Management Responsibilities
•Coordinate between all relevant parties – internal (Print, Broadcast, Digital etc.) and external (Clients and agencies) where necessary to ensure things get done
•Consistently deliver against all contractual obligations include SLAs and KPIs
Job requirements:
•5+ years' managing and servicing international accounts, team management experience is needed
•Experience working in TV, Digital and/or Print production
•Strong time management/prioritization skills
•Can do attitude and an ability to work under pressure
•Must possess excellent written & verbal skills in English
